Penthouse property with vaulted ceilings at the famous 1800 Atlantic. Both bedrooms and the living room have access to your private balcony with great views of the property and Atlantic Ocean. The Owners are fishing enthusiasts as you will see when you relax in the comforts of home away from home. Totally renovated in the Summer of 2024. No attention to detail has been spared.
King in master, 2 twins in guest and a sleeper in the living room. Ideal family unit that will comfortably accommodate a family of 6.
Olympic size heated pool, with a popular bubbling Jacuzzi for one of those rare cold winter nights. Did you know we are the only frost free city in the continental US.
Tennis lovers will appreciate the only clay court on the island of Key West as well as recently renovated hard courts with the help of ATA.
Where do you start in Key West from Fishing to Diving, to theater and the arts. So much to do and so little time will leave you with no choice other than to visit again.
No where is more than 10 minutes away and there is really no need for a car, however you do get a rare free parking space with your property at 1800 Atlantic.
Our Property Manager lives on site and is a wealth of information should you happen to encounter him, ask him to tell you one of his Island Stories, and listen carefully. There is so much to learn. Many come and never leave, will you be one of those?

Lovely condo, newly renovated, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo buildings were very nice and secure, check in was super easy and there was a garage spot for the unit. The unit itself was beautiful with a large balcony that three rooms opened onto! The view was amazing. The kitchen and bathrooms were newly renovated and we loved having a washer and dryer inside. The location is right.at the beach which was lovely and not far from grocery stores or the downtown area of key west. Will be staying here again!

Perfect vacation with young Adult sons
This location was perfect. The pool looking onto the water with the small beach. Walking distance to small store that sold sandwiches and coffee . Liquor store and bar on corner. Uber to Duval street was 10 min drive. Only complaint elevators slow .

We were pleased with our stay at C420! My only recommendation is hooks for towels to hang hand towels, bath towels and pool towels. The main bedroom tv kept turning on but that was an easy fix! Loved the pool over looking the water. A bit further from where we wanted to be but for the price it was perfect! Julia was awesome to work with.

We stayed for 5 wonderful days in Key West, the condo was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We rented a golf cart, which could be stored in our garage space at the condo for ease. The condo was near all of the beaches and Duvall Street. The condo itself was clean, inviting, and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit outdated, but did not lack in functionality. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony very much. The pool was a wonderful addition to our stay, we spent every afternoon there. We would all stay here again.

Great pool, hot tub, library and workout room. Location is wonderful if you are looking for some peace and quite . The rental itself is clean but very dated and showing it’s age . Lots of balcony space and a beautiful view of the ocean .

Absolutely great value and location!
Want to be cramped into a tiny rental? Then DON'T rent these units because they are BIG! Nice spacious bedrooms, oversize multiple bathrooms, 6'x6' bathtub (not a typo), large family room and opening to balcony overlooking the pool and view to the ocean! Great access to parking garage and walk right to the beach! Only little drawback is these units were built decades ago so a few things are dated, but compare this to the average tiny little house in Key West and this place looks modern!! And for the money ... just cannot be beat. We stayed here 30 years ago and enjoyed it just as much today!

The condo was very spacious, grounds and pool were beautiful. View was amazing. with a 5 min walk to Smather's Beach. As others have indicated, the place is comfortable but very dated (maybe 1980's). Plenty of beach towels and couches in living area seem new. Giant TV was great to watch some March Madness!

Great location and parking. Comfortable accommodations with everything we needed. Loved the balcony looking at the water in the morning. Only negative of note was the water pressure was very light and master shower was aged with a dirty floor appearance even though I believe it was clean. Overall very pleased!

Perfectly Perfect
From the start, we were communicating with property managers due to an impending storm. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to be accommodating due to the Hurricane. We decided to press forward because of the safety of the building and windows and had a blast during that storm!!! Check in process was easy and completely hassle free. The space was JUST as advertised and perfect for my family. I honestly thought it was better than I had even imagined. The view of the water was incredible. The grounds and pool were GORGEOUS. The massive lanai was more than we anticipated. As far as location, it worked really well for us. Shops and restaurants were close and the beach was even closer. We plan to use this property again when we return to the keys.

First time visit to key west. Couldn’t get a rental due to no inventory on the island. Had to Uber everywhere. If we come back we will stay closer to duval. There is nothing close to the property.
