Room was really nice but we never had room service during our entire stay. We would walk at night and a lot of the lights on the exterior parts of the property were not working so the sidewalk area was rather dark. There was also a lot of trash on the exterior grounds.

Will never stay at this hotel again. This was our first time to key west. This place got a big thumbs down. There are lots of choices of places to stay, this will not be one we stay at again.

Everything was great! The presidential suite was just as advertised.The staff were very nice! Mr. Angel was very courteous checking us in. Kuddos to the younglady in the front named Julissa she was very helpful with getting an Uber ride for us. We had an issue with the app sending driver to wrong location she help me rebook another Uber ride which got us to our destination quickly!

It's a vacation resort but there are very limited options. The pool is great but the hot tub never worked.There is a pool bar with just few food options until 5pm and a very expensive restaurant. If you want a nice coffee in the morning you have to cross the road and walk 10 min to get to Starbucks. The best is room cleaning and a very convenient shuttle that takes you to the city. There is also a complimentary water-taxi with friendly and kind staff.

We loved it all, the boat rides to downtown were fantastic. The shuttle was also very helpful and all the staff is so kind. We even stay two more days than expected. Heated pool was great as well as the bar at the pool.
