Best place ever. I will say that partial ocean view is first floor but the view of the marina is beautiful. The boats are beautiful too. Everyone is so nice. The Yellow fin restaurant is expensive but that’s because it’s convenient. Loved our stay and we will be back.

Arrived to the property 5:18. Was told room is not ready but the front desk lady was very nice and gave us a free drink card while waiting. Once in the room; King mattress sheets have stains. Called about these issues at 6:05 and 6:35. After calling once again because they put a hold of $590 for 2 nights which is crazy, the guy told me he is in reservations and couldn't help me. 3rd call he finally tells me this. He said I need to talk with front desk. I got on the phone with front desk because reservation guy hung up on me, and she was very responsive and within 15 minutes the lady showed up. I showed her all the stains and she began to change everything. Mind you, we arrived to the resort at 5:18. It's now 7:21 and we can't relax yet by the pool, go eat or drink, nothing because we have to wait to make sure the job is done good enough so we don't wake up with bed bugs. 8:11, the cleaning lady just left after redoing our whole room sheets and pillow cases and couch bed sheets and comforter They charge $50 per day resort fee for absolutely nothing and $27 per day for parking!!! I will never stay at this property again for these prices. The room is already $350 per night. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!! SEE MY FULL VIDEO REVIEW ON TIKTOK WITH PICTURES

Poor check in. Never even bothered to tell us amenities. Very poor room service. Never emptied out trash for 4 of 6 days we were there. Staff aside from Sophia and Justin were not as friendly.

When I booked, I booked a King room with a balcony which we got. Our room was very clean which is great. I was very displeased with the lack of details from hotels.com. I was unaware that I would be charged $27/ day for parking. I was unaware that there would be such a pricey deposit for "incidentals". Resort fees were not clearly spelled out. I knew they existed but not sure what they were. I was under the impression that I owed $1071 at the resort. They charged me $1675. Cable was not great in the room. When we were in there, there was not much to watch. Refrigerator was tiny (we try to buy food to keep so we do not have to eat out all the time). I think the most bizarre part was driving through (what appeared to be, and this absolutely NO disrespect) a very low income area with a heavy police presence. Overall, the resort was good. We had a shuttle to and from downtown which was great. Bed was comfortable and the resort itself was pretty quiet. They had a wedding night one and while we were not invited, we did enjoy their DJ. Haha.

There was one major issue that was annoying. The property said it was smoke free, but cigarette smoking was prevalent on the hotel balconies throughout out our stay. There was also many smoking pot. I would recommend staying there if smoking bothers you.

The views were beautiful. All around was a great place. Staff was so kind. Loved it. The shuttle was a nice touch andnit runs every hour.

We really loved the resort staff, but the pools and activities were also top notch. They were all so helpful and kind. Special shout out to the Tiki Hut folks, very welcoming and attentive. Heather, Alecia, Anela were the very best. I also must thank Felix for teaching my wife to dance the bachata and Jeffrey for driving us around all week. We almost got him to stop for rotisserie chicken after spending an exhausting evening at Fantasy Fest.
