Really liked the rooms. They were nice and clean. Really big. Only saw manager 1 time the entire 7 days we were there. He told us there would be a pool attendant to take our orders out by the pool. We never saw a pool attendant. We ate in the restaurant multiple times. My burger was rare. We asked for well done. Sent it back. I had already cut it in half. They threw the burger back on the grill and added new cheese and sent it back out to me. Not what we asked for. Meals were pricey. Would have been nice to have a shuttle to and from the airport. We had to get an uber. A lot of charges added to our bill at the end of the stay, tourist fees, several different taxes, resort fees that we were not aware of. We had completely paid for our trip before we arrived. Ended up with a $1000 bill when we checked out.

I really enjoyed this property, the only downside I would say was the additional hotel fee. Ours was maybe $40 shy of $600. We did have a vehicle which they charge a parking fee, a tourism fee and something else I can’t remember at this time. So know that yes this was a great stay for us, convenient, safe, our children enjoyed it but the fee for us was the only downside.

We were very disappointed in our stay. After reading so many wonderful reviews my husband booked this resort to celebrate my 40th birthday. When we arrived to our room the first night, I noticed a very strong smell of mold/mildew. It was late so we went ahead and “ ignored” it until the following day. We went down to the front desk where they switched us rooms. We packed up our stuff and went to the new room where the smell was even worse! We had a full day planned with reservations on the water so we didn’t have time to switch rooms a 3rd time. In the 2nd room our refrigerator was broken, which ruined a nice birthday treat my husband had delivered , our TV appeared to have a cracked screen and our AC wasn’t regulating. We arrived back to our hotel late at night so we decided to tough it out and leave early the following day (6am because we couldn’t sleep) it was probably one of the worst resort rooms we have ever been to! Also be aware the area surrounding the resort is pretty sketchy. Lots of police activity near all the mobile home parks. We would not recommend staying here.

The property is beautiful. Staff are very friendly. Just be aware : The pool area, although there are several, pool are small. They don't have anyone working in that area in which they can control the noisy people. Some guests had alcohol coolers as if they were on the beach rather the have signs everywhere. Pets I love pets but you need to be aware about your room cleaning if you have any tips of alergia . Food is over ,over price and not the best. Be aware of parking fee . Offer a valet parking for a fee but really is a self parking and you have to paid the fee. The rest is a nice place to stay .

We fell in love with this property! Views are absolutely breathtaking! The guided mangrove kayaking was awesome. We had the BEST GUIDE ANELIA! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our bus driver Jeffrey for free shuttle provided was super nice and had lots of good tourist information. Tiki hut attendant Alecia and Sam was the best! They made our stay a little more fun & special. We will definitely be back.
