Great time, beautiful views of the sunset. Staff very nice. Room was very clean. Only negative was the balcony that was very hot not only from the weather but especially hot due to air conditioning ventilation back to the balcony.

Stayed here for a family reunion. This was a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, walk along the shops just down the street and the famous Duval street just a few mins walk. I will definitely be back.

Great location & wonderful staff. We had an oceanfront room. Beautiful view. This was our fourth stay. HOWEVER, there was an awful mildew smell as soon as you got off the elevator. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell. I k ow the city is replacing sewage pipes around town. There were also several areas in the hall & in the room that needed to be plastered. Hopefully, a renovation will fix these issues. If not, I would not stay there again.

Great experience @ Opal Key Resort, excellent accommodations , great staff and wonderful location to watch the sunset from your balcony. I'll recommend it to family and friends and I'll definitely come back!

The bistro for breakfast was open for over an hour but when we got there nobody was around so I walked around to kitchen and everyone was on their phone standing around then when we got our breakfast nobody gave us utensils had to get up find someone and ask. Then dinner we had to use butter knife to cut our chicken someone needs to light a fire under the staffs butt

They lied about FL residents having FREE parking. When we called they told us we would have a microwave and we did not. There was a dead cockroach & later on our first night a live cockroach, crawling around in our room. When we called to notify them, they were extremely rude. The sliding glass door wouldn’t lock properly. The bathroom sliding door was broken. The gym’s sink was not working properly. Overall, it was such a bad experience that I would like compensation for this stay

The hotel has giant roaches. They were all over the property and 2 in my room. I was shocked that this hotel costs so much. Not worth it.

Opal Key Stay
The service was incredible. Incredibly kind and friendly staff. The room was beautiful and very clean. This hotel is phenomenal with the smallest of details. I highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect as it’s right on Mallory square and steps away from Duval Street. Love this hotel!
