We loved staying at this property! The rooms, the amenities, the pool area, the cafe - everything was just awesome! The staff was super helpful, nice and very accommodating to all our requests. We also loved the lively pool area with the cafe! Great food! Overall, wonderful stay! We would definitely love to go back!

The location is not great. They have a shuttle, but doesn’t run on the evening late enough for dinner. I believe the last shuttle was around 4:30.

Lot of hidden Charges. 60$ Resort Fees for no Resort like Features. 25$ For valet Parking for actually no Need of Valet and not being in the hot parking area either. 3 Mile away from Downtown and Shuttle Service ends at 4.30PM. Basically does not work out for me for hidden cost. Not value for money.

The property is well maintained. We had a beautiful waterfront room and enjoyed sitting on the porch and lounge chairs in front. It was quiet and relaxing. The pools were beautiful and the service was excellent. It was a short Uber ride downtown and we were able to use the shuttle a few times. Thanks Jerry for pointing everything out for us! Thank you Parrot Key for this relaxing adventure!

We loved our stay. The property is stunningly beautiful. We got a room upgrade as part of Expedia OneKey Platinum and had the perfect corner villa pretty much to ourselves. It’s easy to get around from the hotel and see Key West but the hotel makes it hard to leave. Four heated pools, ocean views with sandy stretches with hammocks and loungers. Heaven!
