This hotel was very nice. The lobby was beautiful and the front desk clerk was very nice. The room was modern and spacious, the beds were very comfortable as well. The only thing I would change is the elevator. It made a horrible noise when using it.

There was renovation in progress in many of the rooms and breakfasts were not available. The staff did give me a $50 a day credit for having no breakfasts and the staff were amazing and the renovations will be great when finished. The hotel is great.

Try to take every penny they can.
The actual hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice pool and bar. However on top of an insanely high resort fee, which doesn’t include parking! That is an additional charge ONTOP of the resort fee, they also charged us an occupancy fee and an island contribution, which is not stated anywhere. The hotel website also states there is a complimentary shuttle to Old Town which they are charging $5 per person per trip for. The ‘free’ daily water included in the resort fee was not topped up and the pool was closed for part of our stay due to ongoing work at the hotel which is likely to wake you up at 6am like it did us. Struggling to see what exactly the resort fee does cover.

Slept well, quiet property. Roosters to wake you up. Some reason contractors were working weekend, sorta annoying at times. Pool was clean. Car is needed to get to chain restaurants, grocery's plenty within 3 miles. No transport to/from port. Round trip taxi $30. Conch Connect would be interesting to try. Now the fees. Yea they are a ripoff but employers are no longer flipping the bill to have someone wash your sheets and towels, make your bed, pay the gas, electric, cable and WI-FI bill. They will charge $15/day to park and not take responsibility for your car. Don't forget the City wants theirs's also. Those days as being part of the stay is gone. For the price it's a good place, Better in the new upcoming rooms. Price for food there was a little high. No restaurants on sight.

It was terrible experience. They make me and my family wait for 90 min to check in and still did not gave us the rooms we booked. Also the other room they gave has broken toilet. The property was under renovation. Very noisy.We asked to have our room cleaned and serviced three times without luck. We had our room cleaned once. I was very disappointed.

Be wary
Checked in, went to our room, put our things in the room and left. We did not come back until late that night. Discovered stained bed linens. Looked like lipstick and makeup, that was not mine. Our room and bed linens were clean the next day, after going to the front desk. Day 3, we were out for the day. When we returned to our room that evening, our room was exactly like we left it, no one came to tidy the room. Thankfully the man doing the laundry gave us the towels we needed. Then a knock on the door, a lady came to tidy up. The other surprise was a $150 incident fee. When I booked, it said $100, when I inquired , I was told $50/day. Either way it didn’t add up. I would highly recommend changing the beds at this location. Several reviews said they were noisy, but I didn’t think they could be that bad, yes they are. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. Every time you move the bed makes noise, mattress is sitting on wood planks, the boards are making the noise.
