This was an excellent stay and I would book this location again any time. Only downside is that you will get wet during breakfast when it rains, as there is no properly covered waterproof seating area. Breakfast is served outdoors.

Room pretty clean. No mirrors though. Hard to get ready to go out when the bathroom mirror sits so high I had to be on tiptoe to apply makeup and can’t see even a partial view of outfits. Pool is very dirty but area around property they seem to be cleaning up. Great location. Nice staff and service. Would book again.

Tripped on uneven bricks at breakfast area. I am 87 and expect to trip at times. No damage done. Mosquitoes bad in evening. They had a good time. I take blood thinners making them very happy. Suggest grip bars in bathtub area for older codgers.

Stayed here for a weekend, it was my first time visiting Key West and staying at this place was a great choice , everything is near and we could walk to the most famous places like the southernmost point, the staff is super nice and the room was comfortable , definitely will visit again I fell in love with Key West !!!

The room you actually get is not what is advertised here. The room did not sleep 5 and there was no washer and dryer as advertised. The water would get stuck in the sink and wouldn’t go anywhere for a while. It was so disgusting. At night time the room started to smell like pee and sewer. The morning was just worse

The property was nice, close to everything. Rooms were cool and comfortable. We had 2 rooms 102.and 107. The only we issued we had was the noise in room 107. The music from the bar was SO loud it was impossible to sleep until after the bar closed at 2:30-3:00 am. In room 102 this was not an issue as it was on the other side of the building. If you are planning on sleeping stay away from rooms on the side of the Viva bar.
