Ahhh... the Barn.  Its hard to accurately describe just how unique and wonderful this cabin really is.  Originally a saw mill in the early 1900's, the Barn was remodeled in 2012 in a way that allowed its to original character to stay intact while also containing modern comfort and a touch of luxury.  On the main floor there are two large living rooms divided by a windowed wall.  The west side contains a comfortable lounging space and a full kitchen.  The east side has another seating area with a pull-out couch as well as a dining room.  There is also a queen-sized murphy bed in this room. Above the west side is a large loft with two twin beds and a master bedroom and bath in the

Barn/cabin
Great barn styled as a cabin on the inside. We only had 3 but it could easily sleep 6. There were 2 nice living rooms, a full kitchen and 2 baths. My only complaint would be the downstairs bathroom was really small and cramped. The shower was so tight that when I turned to get my back wet my nose touched the shower wall and I'm a small person. I think an average size adult would have trouble. Other than that the place was great.

Super charming cabin
We stayed in The Barn, it was so charming and beautiful. Truly one of a kind- very spacious and had everything we needed. The owners were responsive and the whole cabin was clean and well kept together.

What an amazing (huge) cabin with an awesome history in a great location.
Our family absolutely loved the cabin and the area it's in. Just amazing! Keystone is an awesome town. Custer and Hill City is nearby as well as the Wildlife Loop.

Loved it
Cabin was clean, beautiful and spacious! We had a wonderful time. Centrally located and very convenient to mt. Rushmore. Crazy horse and Custer park. We got to do everything we wanted and returned at night to enjoy the fire pit. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Cozy Comfort
The Barn might not look like much from the outside but inside is very spacious and comfy. The kitchen is well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. My sister Mary said, “we could stay here for two weeks.” The outside space is great as well. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the patio. We didn’t realize it sleeps eight with the Murphy bed. Next time we will bring more of us. The location is so peaceful for only being 1 1/2 miles from town.

Keystone's Little Hideout
Love this Barn! Plenty of room for the six of us. Great outside set up. Fire pit and another sitting/eating spot. I appreciate being able to stay for the day unlike other places that have three day minimum. Love the little deck off of the bedroom. Definitely will stay again.
