Fully remodeled in February 2020, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei unit 213 welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

My daughters and I enjoyed every moment at this property. There is no better patio view in Kihei and the sunsets are phenomenal. The beds including the pullout were really comfortable. Was so great to have chairs and umbrella and boogie boards to use at the beach! I highly recommend a stay here and hope to get back again.

Place is exactly as shown. Beach and amazing view from your own balcony is perfect every morning and every evening. With that in front of you and a short walk to 30-40 places to get any kind of food you want, each breakfast and dinner can be had with a spectacular, peaceful, quiet view. Turtles abound steps away from the unit. Clean & modern inside. Highly recommend.

Didn’t get to stay at the listed unit
We arrived 2 hours after designated check in and the unit was littered with cleaning supplies and was not clean. Bed wasn’t cleaned or made, dishwasher full, mop on the floor and mop bucket full of dirty water. Entire kitchen island with cleaning supplies and someone else’s things. Manager offered a separate property to stay in that night, however we would have had to move back to this unit for our second night. Didn’t feel comfortable going to a second location. Ended up canceling and booking a hotel. Very inconvenient and unprofessional start to a once in a lifetime vacation. The location is beautiful and I was highly disappointed to walk into a clearly not ready unit that property manager wouldn’t have ready until the following day. Will likely consider hotels over VRBO in the future due to inconsistent availability. At least I know a hotel room will be clean and that they will accommodate in a safe way if anything is out of place.

CLEAN condo with a comfortable king sized bed and a pullout bed. We loved having a grassy area between us and the beach but still be steps from the sands. Gorgeous sunsets, turtles on the beach, close to restaurants. It really was a perfect location. We had a question while staying there and the owner responded immediately.

The unit is well decorated making is super cozy. It had everything we needed. The AC was great, and I hate to be hot so that was a pleasant surprise. The extra beach toys on the balcony were so appreciated. Boogey boards, chairs, plenty of digging stuff for kids and more! The absolute best part is the view. I've stayed a lot of places on Maui. Four Seasons, Westin, etc and NONE of their views compare. The turtles coming up for air is so cool to see. We stayed out past sunset one evening and saw 11 sea turtles come out to go to sleep.

Great location in Maui- the VIEW!
We had an amazing stay at this beautifully updated condo. It was just as advertised and more. There were chocolate chip cookies when we arrived and the bathroom had an assortment of sunscreen, insect repellent, and a first aid kit. We enjoyed having the beach access right in front and the pool, plus the view of the ocean and the relaxing sound of the waves everyday. We highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a vacation in Maui!
