Oceanside! Bright Beachy 3 BDRM Hot Tub Dog Friendly Walk to Beach WIFI

Conveniently located between the beach road and the bypass road at Milepost 8.5 in central Kill Devil Hills, this bright and inviting 3 Bedroom Home is so comfortable, the entire family will enjoy. We are dog friendly, too! Book with full confidence as this is the spot to "Seas the Day" for your OBX adventure. We are just a 5 to 8 minute walk to the Clark Street Beach Access so you can be dipping your toes in the sands and waters of the Atlantic in no time. If you prefer, we provide two beach cruiser bicycles to get to the beach even quicker! We also provide a beach caddy. Downstairs is the outside shower and bathroom along with a 6 person Hot Tub and full washer/dryer. You can also lounge the day away downstairs with a large hammock, picnic table and swing bench. Upstairs is the entry with large balcony and outdoor furniture and another stairway to our crows nest for more outdoor relaxing. The living room is open and colorful with comfortable seating. We have fast WIFI for all your devices. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. You can dine up to 7 people with the table and breakfast bar seating. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable and DVD/Streaming device. The master has its own bathroom with a queen sized bed, while the 2nd bedroom has its own deck with table/chairs and also has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has a twin/double bunk bed. We also provide linen service for all bedrooms along with 2 towels and 2 washcloths per bedroom. The main bathroom with tub/shower is located in the hallway. We clean the home ourselves and ensure a sanitized process is used for your safety. A short walk across the bypass (theres even a stop light for safety) there is shopping and dining to explore. There you will find Slice Pizza, Duck Doughnuts, Try my Nuts, OBX Brewery, Roosters Southern Kitchen, Captain Georges Seafood Buffet and many gift shops. You never have to get in the car for the beach, dining and entertainment! Look no further, your perfect OBX getaway is upon you!

We enjoyed the house. One thing that wasn’t great was the bed in master bedroom(bathroom in room). The mattress was very uncomfortable and my daughter had back pain . Suggestion to replace the shads: it did not lie flat and much light came through them. Due to this gap between shade and window there was lack of privacy and light coming through interrupted sleep.

Seas the Day was aptly named and definitely defined the experience. The location of this house was perfect for traveling both north and south to different locations and destinations. The house itself was perfect size and offered a great quality of options and amenities! House was great. Under deck outdoor area was fabulous! Hot tub was nice and clean. Outdoor shower and tilt great and handy too. At first glance house looked clean. Surface cleaning of kitchen and barroom looked good. At closer look, sink was gross, utility/fork knife drawer and holder were filthy. Living ro and sinning room windows, cabinets and drawer handles of kitchen were sticky (bad hand prints),bathroom floors and rugs dirty. Keurig had mold in water resivor too. We l ft house cleaner than we food it.

My family and loyal pup loved this adorable home in KDH. It’s in a perfect location and just a short walk to the beach. The house has several decks to relax on with morning coffee or an evening cocktail to enjoy the ocean breeze. This lovely home is fully stocked with all the amenities you might need and the fabulous decor gently transports you into the beach vibe. Buffy and TJ are great hosts and provide everything you need to know about the entire OBX in a fantastic coffee table notebook stocked full of information, recommendations, menus, and pamphlets. It was like having your own personal tour guide. It’s a must read. We’ll definitely be back to stay at Seas the Day. Absolutely loved it!! Thank you Buffy and JT!

What a Gem of a location!!!
What a fantastic family vacation!!! The house has everything you need and then some. This location is central to everything. It was a simple 5-minute walk to the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. There are so many choices for food that you can walk to. We brought our Dog with us, and he felt right at home. The Hot Tub was great at night to relax in. All our teenagers did not want to leave as they had such a great time. Make sure to check out the Sand Dunes or take a drive up to Corolla and go see the Wild Horses. The outer banks are calling us back, and we’ll look to stay here again.

This house was perfect for our vacation! Looked just like all the photos. Was very close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Also had lots of things to take to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. We had a great vacation!

Perfect spot for a beach getaway
This is a super-convenient and comfortable place for a beach getaway. The outdoor space under the house is especially pleasant. Host had many helpful bits of info in a binder and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this as a great place for an OBX visit.
