OBX Studio-Perfect Fall Getaway-Reduced rates

The 2024 summer "season" is officially over however, fall in the OBX is a beautiful time of year to visit. Our temps are still warm and beaches and restaurants are less crowded. We are now offering off-season rates and have reduced our minimum stay to 2 nights. Note, our rates do not increase for a weekend stay.

Our Studio apartment is located in Kill Devil Hills (5.5 milepost) just steps away from beautiful Bay Drive. Located on the ground level of our home, the Studio has a private entrance and is perfect for couples or the single traveler. We live upstairs full-time, so you may see us working in the yard or coming and going from time to time. Don't hesitate to say "hello" or ask questions.

Amenities include a comfortable queen size bed, full bath, double closet, kitchenette with full size refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, 55' smart TV, and complimentary Wifi.

Great Stay
This Studio was perfect in every way for our weekend in the Outer Banks! Immaculately clean!! Check-in was simple and it was equipped with everything advertised and more! Our host Donna was very attentive to any question and made herself available when needed. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway!
My husband and I stayed for a week and had a great time. Rick and Donna were incredibly helpful hosts and gave us great tips on things to do and see. The apartment was very clean and it was great having a full-sized fridge. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Outer Banks.

Amazing stay!
We had such an amazing time in OBX! The property was extremely clean and provided you with everything you need. The kitchenette was perfect for us to have snacks and has a full fridge! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot as you are just blocks away from the pier and walking distance from the beach to watch the sunrise. Thank you Donna for everything! We will definitely be staying here again.

AMAZINGLY CLEAN STUDIO!!
The studio was so very clean, modern, and perfect for my husband and I!! The cozy indoor space was comfortable and the outdoor shower for washing off the sand was perfect! We have definitely found the best studio in Kill Devil Hills and will be booking again in the future.

Fantastic Studio Space Great Location
This studio is outstanding. Clean, friendly and well appointed. Great location, very close to the sound walking & biking trails, and the neighborhood is very quiet away from all of the Rt 158 road noise. I will stay again on my next trip to the OBX. Recommend highly.

The Perfect Stay
The studio was extremely clean, organized, and perfect size for a couple. Necessities were provided and everything was very comfortable. Our hosts were super accommodating and welcoming with their space. Nice to have very friendly hosts. They give great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Kill Devil Grill and The Black Pelican are a must visit. Super close to many parts of OBX and all of the public beaches. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This property was in an excellent location. We walked to the public pier and gazebo overlooking the bay and it was just a few minutes drive to the beach, coffee and restaurants. About mid way point to all of OBX. It was a perfect size for two people will full amenities. Very nice and very clean. Would definitely stay again

Cozy get away
My husband and I enjoyed a quick get away weekend and stayed in this quaint and cozy studio. The room was a great place for us to kick back in the evening, and it had everything we needed. This place is great!
Me and my Husband stayed for almost a week and love every minute of it. The room was spotless upon our arrival with everything in tack. Donna and Rick were also great! Perfect OBX Hideaway
Anyone looking for the perfect quiet spot, look no further! Far enough away from the hustle to be able to relax but close enough to never be bored. This place was immaculate, comfortable and perfect hiding spot. If you get a chance to meet hosts Rick & Donna, they are the kind of people you instantly feel a connection with. This is definitely a location we will be visiting again!
