The Vitamin Sea is a studio apartment located on the ground level of our house(no steps to climb). Its equipped with everything you may need during your getaway. The studio has its own entrance and a private outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee. It's only 0.7 mile walk to the beach (approximately 15 min depending on the pace) and a few blocks away from Mama Kwan's and Plaza Azteca. It's centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. We live upstairs-a family of 3, our son is 5y.o+ our new addition -a mini golden doodle puppy, Skye. You will most likely hear our voice and footsteps. Potential for noise.

One Day Stay
Overall the property was just as described. We enjoyed the separate space provided it was very clean and just enough space of us. New shower design without door, so be careful because the bathroom floor can get a bit wet and similar to other folks you could here the family above but it wasn't loud at night which is all that mattered. Great spot and very close to the beach, restaurants and state parks. Happy we found this gem.

Great Getaway

The property was as advertised. Very clean, spacious, and about 3 blocks from the beach. Close to restaurants. Hosts were very responsive when the hot water stopped working. Problem fixed in just a few hours. The property was in a residential area, very quiet with a nice outdoor seating area. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Quick Solo Getaway
This place is perfect for a solo getaway! It has everything you need for a few days/nights escape. It's a quick drive to the beach, as well as to the Nags Head Nature Preserve. The small touches of high quality dishes, soaps, linens, etc. make it feel luxurious! The small seating area outside the door is ideal. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend!

Safe, clean and fun!
One of the best places I’ve gotten to vacation in! There were so many small touches (makeup towel, snacks, card games) made by the host that made our stay wonderful! It was clean and pretty. We felt very safe walking our dog around the neighborhood at night. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

This studio was lovely. Hostess was very nice. It definitely met our needs as we didn’t want steps. The only problem was that our code didn’t work. Our hostess rapidly corrected the problem for us.

Great apartment in Kill Devil Hills
Cute apartment with separate walk. Owners lived in the house above. Felt safe in the neighborhood, walked my dog at night. There was everything you would need for a short stay. Would definitely stay here again if ever back here. Apartment was about .7 of a mile to the beach. We drove instead of walking. Highly recommend staying here

This adorable studio apartment property was in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and activities. The unit was meticulously maintained and very well appointed. It was perfect for our stay with our teenage grandson. I would highly recommend for 2-3 people.

Wonderful stay at OBX
We absolutely loved our stay at Vitamin Sea. Sasha and Miguel were wonderful hosts. The attention to detail and the warmth of the home was so inviting and thankfully so, since we had inclement weather for the 2 out of the 3 days we were there. Our vacation turned out to be family movie night and I couldn’t ask for a better stay. We will definitely return. Thank you again!

3 day beach getaway in the OBX
We had a great stay! Our unit was nice and clean. She left snacks and coffee. Cleaning products if we needed at any time. Host thought it all through and if we forgot something it was there for us to use. Ex: small cooler, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and hand soap. Decorated lovely. Would go ago and also recommend to others.

Beautiful place!
My fiancé and I found this place to stay for the weekend for our baby moon. It looks exactly like the pictures and had wonderful accommodations. It was also super close to the beach and many shops/restaurants. We had a great stay, and we will definitely be back!!
