I was so happy when I was able to check in early. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice having a breakfast buffet and the options were sufficient. I will definitely stay here again if I'm fortunate enough to make it back to Killarney. The only negative comment would be that the room had a LOT of furniture which limited space for our luggage, but we were traveling for a month so may have had more than the typical guest.

This hotel is in a great location! Lots of bars and restaurants and shopping very close. Staff was mixed - some very friendly, some not so friendly. I didn’t use any amenities (restaurant, bar, pool, etc). There is 1 ice machine and it was out of order, but the bar gave us ice. The bartenders were very friendly and accommodating. The lobby is modern, but the floors and rooms reminded us of the Shining. Clean, but outdated and a bit spooky. There is no parking. There is a public lot across the street, but weekends can be busy. Lots of taxis in the area.

Hotel is located near tourist center. The breakfast room and breakfast was very good. You can open the window in the room. One matrace in double room was in bad condition. One side of the matrace was lower than the other. It was used too much and needs to be changed. In overall the hotel can be graded between 3 and 4.

The room decor was worn and dated. The bed was VERY comfortable. Loved the location. The parking should be free or at least have designated spaces for hotel guests only. One night we had to double park in a driveway because there were no spaces available after circling for about 20 minutes.

Hotel was ok and in great location. One issue was entering hotel there were steps up to lift which is poor design especially as wheelchair lift was broken. Also no car park for hotel, had to park in carpark opposite which gets full quickly. Nice location close to Main Street.

We asked to change rooms after being awakened by loud, drunk people leaving the bars at 2:30 am. We then found that some of the hotel is air conditioned. Nice to have when the weather gets unusually warm. Showers leak, breakfast is ok (but free). But staff was nice.

Great location. Hotel feels dated but has been refreshed and was comfortable. Getting to hotel and Parking difficult due to very busy traffic area. Highly recommend parking in public parking and walking a couple blocks to hotel.
