This is a true ski in/out unit on the ground floor. Ski/ride directly onto the private patio and leave your equipment where you can still see it from the window. This one-bedroom condo is located steps from the main base of Pico Mountain in Building C, featuring a full-bathroom with a tub, high-ceilings and a fully-equipped kitchen that is open to a large family room with a wood-burning fireplace (wood included). The unit has a newly upgraded bedroom set, a new smart TV with a good cable package, a new sectional couch with a full-size pullout memory foam mattress and two twin air mattresses (extra blankets, linens & pillows provided).

Flexible check in/out times, just ask in your booking inquiry and we will try to accommodate.

Pico Mountain offers skiers and riders of all abilities 57 trails serviced by seven lifts, all leading back to the main base so the families with kids will never get lost. If you’re looking for the bigger mountain or when Pico is closed on Tues/Weds, Killington is only a 10 minute drive or free shuttle.

The Village Square at Pico Condo Association is a family-oriented community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. Wonderful stay
This was our first time at Pico, and we couldn't have had a better time. First of all, the property was so convenient to the slopes, can literally ski all the way down to the front entrance and take a few steps to the unit. Great for a quick break when the kids got tired. The unit itself was fantastic. Super clean, everything is so organized and well thought-out in the unit, from extra bedding, to toiletries, kitchen supplies, tons of board games, even thoughtful places to hang your helmets, gloves, and coats, etc. It really felt like staying in someone's home, not just a rental property. Would highly recommend!

First review on Vrbo & it's going to be a great one. Property did not disappoint neither did the owner (Kevin). From the very beginning everything was a breeze from booking, owner communication & check-out. Stayed at the Killington Lodge last year, never again. This is the condo to stay at. Winter weekend getaway
A warm, welcoming and very clean condo at the base of the mountain. Located just minutes from restaurant and bars in the area. Great communication with the owner made it an easy arrival and checkout. We will definitely rent here again!

Awesome on mountain weekend!
This was a great spot. Not huge, but really nicely appointed and comfortable. Was perfect for my husband, myself and 9 year old son. While couches were pullout, we brought our own aerobed to keep clutter out of the living space (and sitting space after bedtime). So wonderful to walk out the back door and be at the lodge and 30s walk to the lift. Communication with Kevin was great.

Amazing! Will be back!
This was our first visit to the area, and we already look forward to returning to stay in this condo! Beautiful, clean, and spacious unit that is quite literally just steps away from skiing. We loved the extra thought put into this condo to make the most out of a ski trip, including board games and a fireplace for cold nights, and plenty of hooks to hang ski gear after a day on the mountain.
