I was made to hand wash my sheets, in the bathroom sink, with the tiny bar of hotel soap they provide, in order to receive my cash deposit back! It was clearly not a stain it was simply dirty from walking on the floor in my room barefoot! It was humiliating and very unprofessional. I thought I paid $76 for the hotel to wash my sheets as part of the stay?

The pool is CLOSED
Everything was mostly fine with our stay. It took a long time to check in because I think they’re still learning how their system works. The only complaint I wanna put out there is that I was extremely disappointed that the pool was under construction and I was not told this prior to booking or checking in. So to say I was disappointed is an understatement, we didn’t notice the pool closure until after we brought all of our stuff to the room (I had a friend, her baby and my dog with me) so going to a different hotel would have been a headache. Please put somewhere on your website that the pool is closed, when people come to Missouri, they get a room for the pool because of the hot weather.

Very accommodating with our request. Very courteous. The bed was great. Very nice counter in the bathroom. Our room was clean. There wasn't a coffee maker, but I always take my pod maker when we travel so that wasn't a problem for us. We appreciate how kind the gentleman were at check-in and check out. We would stay again.

I’ve stayed at my fair share of Motel 6’s, but the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of this hotel was unmatched compared to other properties I’ve stayed at. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience and will be staying here again when I am passing through Missouri.

Mostly clean and one of the better Motel 6 stays. Looked very recently updated and upgraded. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Would stay here next time when needed.

No hot water, beds are rock hard and squeaky able to feel most springs. Pillows are also rock hard and small.

Go to another motel.
The pool was in shambles. No breakfast. All doorknobs didn't work. The bed didn't have fitted sheets and the mattress was nasty. The heat didn't work very well. This was the worst motel 6 I've stayed at.
