I’m visiting Kingman and my friend suggested your property and she was right a clean room and very comfortable bed and hot water! The only thing is the bathtub needs a little cleaning but everything else was clean and perfect for me thank you so much see you again!! Bradley

There was a large rip in the curtain so we put a hair clip on it to hold it closed. The bathtub backed up, told manager about it and they just shrugged their shoulders. Also no amenities in the room.

Bathroom was disgusting, toilet had urine in it and wasn’t flushed. Shower appears as if it hadn’t been cleaned in week. No fridge in room. The other guests walking around made me feel uncomfortable about simply having my truck in the parking lot. Do not stay here.

Overall, a decent place to stay for the low cost. It looks a bit rundown from the outside, but inside the room was sufficiently clean and had plenty of power for devices. There was a lot of noise for a significant portion of the night, but that’s more on the other guests than the property management. Not a place I would want to stay for an extended period, and probably not with children since there were some questionable people lurking around the property at night, but for a single night by myself while passing through, it’s as good as one can ask for the low price.

I was very disappointed. The rooms dont have shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.. thank goodness I brought mine. The bathroom had urine on the toilet. This motel will be the last one I ever stay at.
