Average hotel on a busy expressway. Poor service included an internet that didn't work and an ice machine that was out of order. The mattress on the bed was rock hard and a wood chair that was just as hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was skimpy and would rate a one out of ten.

Try a different Kingman motel, would not recommend

We checked in online and specified that it would be a late check in. Got to the motel at 9:30pm as specified and they did not have the room cleaned, the front desk went to get it ready and all they did was halfway put the sheets on and tossed blankets on the bed. Went into the room and there was no toilet paper and I had to go get it from the front desk. Went to take a shower and barely any warm water would come out and the tub faucet was loose, rattling and leaking. The toilet seat was also broken and at least 3 power outlets did not work. Very frustrating after a grueling 14 hour drive.

Not only was our room unclean ( beer bottle cap in the couch, Cheeto crumbs in the recliner, used bar of soap in the shower, A PAIR OF SHOES WITH SOCKS under the bed) the beds are horrible!!! Thin mattress, hard as can be, ice machine was broken and “breakfast” was an apple and tiny yogurt with “coffee”

The room itself was in a fine condition. The up keep was fair, however, very poor wifi. Some of the staff seemed to have little or no clue on how to do things. Some people nice, except one man who I think worked wouldnt give me the time of day no mattter how many times I said 'Pardon me, sir.' I thought it was a little rude. I am not sure if I wouldnt stay there again.

This property was very clean on the outside on the inside as well lit plenty of parking. The staff was wonderful when we checked in quick and courteous. The midnight staff was very courteous and our checkout staff was outstanding very courteous thank you. We had a very nice day and will stay again

Many issues. 1. Fridge was dirty wife had to clean. 2. Microwave was dirty, wife had to clean. 3. No ice bucket, ice machine broken. 4. Internet quality a joke. No signal on second floor. Even going to lobby signal it marginal improved. 5. Dirty hallway and room rugs 6. Outdated furniture. 7. Breakfast was a bigger joke, saw this type and quality back 25 years ago. 8. Milk for cereal was dated Dec 25 expiry and it was Dec 27, POISON. 9. Front deck staff seemed sleepy. 10. Cleaning staff happy and friendly. Total disgrace for Kingman. I want a refund. Beware go to another hotel all Travellers
