This 3,000 sq. ft., 3-level home has all the main essentials PLUS swim-up bar, hot tub, private boat ramp & slip, outdoor grill, elevator to all levels, game room, and lake swimming area. Game room provides a cozy futon for extra sleeping space as does a king room that includes a sleeper sofa. Watch the breathtaking, Hill Country sunsets from the 2nd level terrace. Restaurants, winery, golf, hiking and shopping are only a few miles away. Extra parking is available by the property. Bath and Pool towels available to guests. Kitchen is stocked with all main essentials. Did I mention this home won 1st place for the 2020 Pinnacle Design Award?!?

To summarize, this is the second time our group of friends have booked this rental. It is absolutely amazing and we would book it a third. Enough said. Tons to do, gorgeous home with all the amenities. Did I mention swim up bar?

End of summer lake stay
The location of the house and layout was perfect for our group. Pool is nice and shaded and plenty and bedrooms and bathrooms for all of the adults. Love that the bunk room was on the top floor too. Only complaint is there is no staircase inside the house to get to the pool and garage level and not one off the patio either. Have to go out the front door and through the front yard to get to anything.

We stay in the Kingsland area multiple times a year, and this was definitely our favorite house/location so far. Pool/hot tub/outside area was amazing. We spent most of our time outside or in the game room. Texted a few times with questions/concerns & received immediate responses. Convenient boat slip was a huge plus. We will stay here again!

Amazing House
This house was amazing and perfect for our family reunion. The house was clean, well stocked with the basic kitchen essentials and the bathrooms included items such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The location of this house was perfect. Being right on the lake and having a boat slip made it even better. Crystal was amazing to work with as well! I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to having an amazing time!! One tip- use the HEB in Marble Falls as the one in Kingsland is quite small and a little run down. 😀

We returned to the FUNHOUSE for the second year in a row to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family. The house is amazing for families and Crystal is a delight to work with. We will likely make a visit to the FUNHOUSE an annual event given the wonderful experience we had.

This house was everything we were hoping for. The house has a great location to all things. Wonderful amenities, Hot Tub. Outdoor set up is amazing. Game room as well as swim up pool. Literally was sad to leave. Lots of space in the house. The Owner was super helpful once we were in the house. We hope to rent it out again for an annual get together :)

Great view, new house, great access to boat slip/ramp. We had 2 families in our group and its hard to imagine a better lake house setup for our crew. Gated neighborhood, great pool, sonos speakers, boat slip, patios with view, comfortable furnishings. We will consider this property when we return to the lake.
