The front desk staff was warm and so welcoming. The breakfast was truly enjoyable and the staff were equally warm and friendly. We stayed during a cool period and though the room was cold, after speaking to the front desk we were able to get a space heater which ensures that we were able to sleep comfortably.

While the building has its charm and the staff at the hotel were welcoming, I found the price of $270 per night to be a bit steep for what was offered. The room felt damp, with sheets that were slightly wet and a noticeable old smell. Additionally, the bathroom had some body hair in the corners, which suggested that cleaning might not have been as thorough as expected. The breakfast was quite basic and of low quality; I would have appreciated a few more options, such as cheese—even just cream cheese—and some healthier choices like tomatoes or cucumbers. Despite booking in advance based on positive reviews, I feel that the overall experience didn't quite justify the cost.

The breakfast and staff in the dining area were great. The Coach House Pub is only open for special events. We were in room 314. It over looks the roof. The exhaust fan runs continually. The main concern was a constant noise from the roof like a lawn mower running. 24/7. Yuk! We did tell the front desk with no result

Our stay was pleasant. Staff was great and the breakfast wonderful as others have mentioned. Nice walk to the Queens campus and easy walk to the water. Our room had a slight smell and the doors closing in the hall were quite noisy which can be wakeful.

Very nice staff. Quaint pretty entrance and location. Parking is free and convenient. Beds comfortable. Hot breakfast included and it was very good and the service was excellent. Odd that the paying hotel guests cannot use the onsite restaurant and pub?? Did not appreciate this as would have liked to stay on site to eat as we had a long drive. Overall was a great stay for the value. Would stay again
