There was a light on the ceiling that flashed constantly throughout the night. The bed has a light behind it but the only way to switch it off is the master switch by the door so then you fumble across a dark room to get back in bed and canā€™t put the bedside light on. The mattress was foam and very hot and too soft. The panel to raise and lower the blinds fell off on touch. The blackout blind was full of holes. We were in room 133.

Wonderful stay for our one night with 2 adults and 2 kids. Lots of space in the room with a couch and refrigerator. Very clean and friendly staff. Everything was really great!!

Disappointing. Very loud trains coming by every hour or so blowing the horn a dozen times, even at 4am. Tv is small and the cable service is extremely slow and outdated. Wifi was useless, kept dropping and never could get full signal in my room. Cell signal was very weak in the area as well. Had to go to the lobby to get usable wifi. The toilet ran constantly over my 2 day stay. Notified the front desk and they said it was fixed but it definitely wasnā€™t. Staff was friendly at check in but were not friendly at all at check out. They were not interested in hearing my feedback. Positives are that the facility is clean and beds were comfortable. Wish mgmt would have been more helpful and accommodating.
