Welcome to our bright and spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom DETACHED CORNER HOME with the Amazing view of Conservation area. it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, the home is brand-new and is built in 2022, with Quatz Counter top, Level 5 Flooring, with High End Appliances. it is located at 5 minutes drive to Cataraqui Mall (main mall in city) , 12 Mins Bicycle Ride to KP trail, Home has 60 inch TV to relax and watch your favourite shows.

An ideal place for family or friends to get together and relax after a day on 1000 island or on trails
Top level Has a great open concept living area with dining, kitchen 60 inch smart TV. Home has black interior doors with top class interior design in it. A large 16 feet patio with a view of conservation area view in backyard

Great weekend stay
Had a great stay. Place was clean, easy to access and much better than a hotel room for the same price! Stayed here for a hockey tournament weekend and it was an easy commute to all of the rinks! Host was also very quick to reply to any questions we had prior to our arrival!

Thank you for a wonderful stay, friendly service and prompt replies. We stayed at this house for a weekend while my son was in a sports event. The house was clean, easy to access and much more comfortable than a hotel. We are a family of four with two boys. They house was large enough to easily accommodate two more people.

This is a clean, comfortable property. I stayed the night with 4 friends and there was plenty of room for us all. Contact with the owner was prompt and friendly. Would recommend to others looking for a place to stay in for a night. *The initial listing page shows a hot tub as a preferred amenity, but you should know there isn’t one here.
