The property was beautiful and was true to the photographic displays in Expedia. Notwithstanding this, it was a bit smaller than expected, but it was a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at Pulse and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is wonderfulā€”it's clean, quiet, and above all, safe. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I especially appreciated that no one entered my room to search it, which made me feel even more at ease. Highly recommend for a comfortable and secure stay!

My first night stay,there was a light problem.Breaker had issues.No light in my room and several other rooms from about to 11pm till i woke and got ready after 6am and still no light.So no AC,i was hot as hell that night.Phone could not charge.Had to use the phone for light,no TV.Then the second night the TV was not working.I dont know what time the light issue was fixed the following day because I made sure to be out all day till 8pm.Came in to light though.

The property is clean, has comfortable bed, warm water, convenient location, very clean and quiet even though you are in the heart of Kingston. The downside is that the bathroom is small and no iron is in the rooms plus you have to get breakfast outside so ideal if you donā€™t need those.
