The hotel was great until the last night when things fell apart. Ordered room service and a drink. Got the food but no drink. Tipped the hotel staff great money on the promise he would deliver my drink. That didn’t happen. Plus I noticed they already take an automatic tip when the order is place Also the back parking lot had lots going on. Lots of people screaming at each other and car alarms going off. Don’t know why but no one seemed to care. I was up 6 floors with the window closed and could hear everything! On the plus side the facility was amazing. Lots to eat. The pool looked amazing and the location was great!!

Nice, well priced hotel, relatively close to Kingston center but a bit of a drive. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Facility is clean and relatively new. Well priced as well.
