Loving details in the children's rooms and bedrooms welcome the guest. Children have an environment in which they will feel comfortable. Many things are designed in a way that is suitable for children. For recreation there is a trim trail and hiking trails nearby.
Nestled between the KnĆ¼llwald and Fulda valleys lies the RotkƤppchenland in the middle of the North Hessian mountains. The name reminds of the homeland of the Brothers Grimm and belongs to the German Fairy Tale Route. Numerous well-developed hiking and biking trails invite you to explore culture and nature, such as the railroad bike path RotkƤppchenland, the Schwalm bike path and the Fulda bike path. Characteristic for the RotkƤppchenland is also a large number of museums, which provide excellent insights into the history of the country and numerous special features.
Bad Hersfeld, which is only 15 km away, also belongs to the absolutely recommendable excursions and welcomes its visitors with a great half-timbered old town as well as numerous spa, cultural and leisure facilities. The abbey ruins are considered the largest Romanesque basilica north of the Alps and are today the largest Romanesque church ruins in the world.

Wir konnten uns in dem Haus gut erholen. Im Februar ist dort wenig Betrieb.
Die waldnahe Umgebung lƤdt zum Wandern und Walken ein.
Das Haus ist ganz gut ausgestattet, Geschirr hat fĆ¼r 4 Personen gut ausgereicht, bei 8 Personen dĆ¼rfte es allerdings knapp werden. .
Das WLAN war etwas unzuverlƤssig.

Perfekt, wenn man alles dabei hat!
Das kein einziges Blatt Toilettenpapier, HandtĆ¼cher, BettwƤsche und W-Lan vorhanden sind, war aus der Anzeige her so nicht ganz ersichtlich. Das wurde dann alles relativ zĆ¼gig (bis auf Toilettenpapier) vom Verwalter besorgt, wurde aber auch alles als Extrakosten noch zusƤtzlich berechnet. W-Lan sehr langsam und nicht gerade zeitgemƤĆ. Ansonsten war Lage, Sauberkeit usw. alles Top. Wir wĆ¼rden wiederkommen!
