I absolutely loved this property it had everything a far star hotel would have. I definitely don’t think this hotel is any less than 5 stars. Location is amazing. I absolutely loved it. Stay here you won’t regret it

Excellent. Super fast check in and check out. Easy to forward our luggage from the hotel with the help of staff. Buffet breakfast in Japanese style (few Western options) was a delicious and varied way to start the day. Our room was so tidy when we returned from sightseeing it felt like my mom cleaned it. 10/10 for cleanliness of rooms and hotel. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Bathroom and shower were wonderful with instant hot water and strong water pressure. Even though the hotel is a couple blocks away from the train station, the street is quiet at night. Can’t wait to return.

Staff was very accommodating for change of room as previous room has water leak by window.
