This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The Living Room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood the space. It has a smart TV and the whole condo has high speed internet service. The dining table doubles as a laptop friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay. There's even in suite laundry machines and convenient onsite parking.

• Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit.
• There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.
• Please note that the swim spa is currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
