Landvilla at bathing lake in idyllic nature

Welcome to our landvilla directly at an idyllic bathing lake. Amidst a picturesque landscape characterized by esker hill chains with meadows, forests, rivers and lakes, you can relax and recharge, bathe, fish or simply enjoy the view over the lake. The surrounding undisturbed nature is home to the king of the forest: the moose is regularly spotted by our guests, even by the lake and the river behind the lake. Still it is only 6 km to the nearest town with supermarket and only 30 minutes to the sea.

160 m2 villa with two floors, six bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, washing machine and whirlpool and large open plan living area with kitchen, dining table and sofas. The modern floor heating heats the oak parquet to the desired temperature even in the coldest winter, which can be adjusted separately in each room. With our small rowing boat you can explore and fish in the over 5 m deep lake.

Wir haben uns im Haus mit 10 Personen sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und hatten sehr viel Platz. Es war alles ordentlich und genĆ¼gend WƤsche und HandtĆ¼cher vorhanden. Als einziges kleines Manko ist das zweite Bad, das hƤtte man deutlich grĆ¶ĆŸer anlegen kƶnnen, zumal reichlich Platz vorhanden ist. Ansonsten alles top! Die Lage ist sehr schƶn, mit dem Auto kann man in der Umgebung alles gut erreichen.

Haus in toller Lage
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt mit 7 Personen sehr schƶn. Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig. Direkt am See und in absoluter Ruhe. Allerdings ist das Haus in desolatem Zustand. Fenster waren mindestens Monate nicht geputzt. Nur wenige Mƶbel in den Zimmern. Keine Bilder an den WƤnden oder andere GegenstƤnde, die ein gemĆ¼tliches GefĆ¼hl aufkommen lassen. Die BƤder benƶtigen eine Grundreinigung. Der Wirlpool steht irgendwie in einer Art Abstellecke. Der Aussenbereich ist komplett ungepflegt. Sitzmƶbel sind Ć¼berwiegend alt. Der Grill war bei unserer Ankunft nur grob gereinigt und in schlechtem Zustand. Obwohl wir Bettzeug und HandtĆ¼cher gebucht hatten, mussten wir uns die Garnituren aus einem Vorratsraum zusammensuchen und die Betten selber beziehen. Wir haben viel Erfahrung mit HƤusern dieser Preisklasse. Hier passt Preis und Zustand Ć¼berhaupt nicht zusammen. Die drei Gesamtsterne gibt es insgesamt nur fĆ¼r die Lage und das schƶne Wetter in der Woche. Ansonsten wƤre es nur ein Stern geworden.

Top Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage
Die Unterkunft ist fĆ¼r Familien oder grĆ¶ĆŸere Gruppen perfekt geeignet. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Lage abseits von Verkehr mit Zugang zu einem kleinen, aber fischreichen See. Auch das Boot hatten wir tƤglich im Einsatz. Im Haus selber findet man alles was man braucht und auch Hannes hat bei Fragen immer zĆ¼gig reagiert). Die Lage im Allgemeinen eignet sich super fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge nach Laholm, Halmstat, Bastat, Mellbystrand, ... (alles innerhalb von 45min erreichbar). Einziger kleiner Wehmutstropfen - einen Elch haben wir trotz unseres dritten Besuchs in Schweden noch keinen gesehen. Langsam glaube ich das ins ein Mythos :-D. Also wir kƶnnen die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen! War richtig top!

Das Haus ist wirklich gut, schƶn groƟ. Insgesamt kƶnnte der AuƟenbereich etwas gepflegter sein. Terasse mit etwas Rasen bewachsen. Bereich beim Wasser leider auch etwas schlecht gepflegt, Bank am Wasser kaputt. Aber an sich schƶnes Haus, gute Ausstattung, neuer toller Grill.

Schƶnes Haus, tolle Lage, sehr netter Vermieter
Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort, das Haus ist innen sehr schƶn, mit einer guten Zimmeraufteilung. Es ist sehr gerƤumig, sodass es nie zu eng wird und man sich auch zurĆ¼ckziehen kann. Die Lage am See ist super. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein dickes Lob fĆ¼r den sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter Hannes.

Vi havde en fantastisk forlƦnget weekend i Hannes hus. Efter vi fik tilsendt vejledningen til huset, var det nemt at finde (vha Google Maps). Huset vi kom frem til var rent og pƦnt, og omgivelserne var helt fantasiske. Vi vil helt sikkert gerne tilbage. :)

Schƶne See Villa in ruhiger Lage
Unser Familienurlaub mit 8 Personen und 2 Hunden konnten wir in der wunderschƶnen Villa am See sehr genieƟen. Das Haus ist sehr groƟ und bestens eingerichtet. Wir haben tƤglich gekocht und haben keine KĆ¼chenutensilien vermisst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hƤtte nicht besser sein kƶnnen. Sucht man eine ruhige, etwas abgelegene Ecke zum entspannen ist man hier in diesem Objekt genau richtig. Alles wurde noch mit 2 Booten am See abgerundet, die wir aufgrund des Wetters aber leider nicht nutzen konnten. Auch die Ausstattung im Bereich der Terrasse lƤsst keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Immer wieder eine Reise wert!
Wunderschƶn gelegenes Haus, absolute Ruhe und eine schƶne Umgebung. Das Haus hat alles was man fĆ¼r einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht: es ist bestens ausgestattet, groƟzĆ¼gig aufgeteilt und sehr gepflegt. Wir waren bereits zweimal dort und haben auch das rudern auf dem See sehr genossen!

Ganz toller Urlaub. Super Lage fĆ¼r Unternehmungen und Natur
Toller See, wir waren jeden Tag baden. Mehrere StƤdte sind in der Umgebung wenn man gerne einen Ausflug machen mƶchte. Die StrƤnde in Halmstad sind ganz toll. Der kleine Ort KnƤred hat einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell und zuverlƤssig. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt viel Besteck und auch viel Geschirr, was ich oft schon anders erlebt habe. FĆ¼r uns war es ein Traumurlaub. Ea gibt nur eine Sache die wirklich fehlt. Ich wĆ¼rde dringend Fliegengitter vor die Fenster in den SchlafrƤumen machen. Es sind naturgemƤƟ extrem viele MĆ¼cken unterwegs. Ich fand es sehr schade abends das Fenster nicht mehr auf lassen zu kƶnnen. Danke an den tollen Gastgeber.

Natur pur
Wunderschƶne Lage im Herzen der Natur. Wir haben fast jeden Tag das Boot genutzt um auf den See zu fahren und haben die Umgebung erkundet. GroƟes Haus mit genug Platz, schƶn eingerichtet. Einziges kleines Manko, keinen groƟen Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer. Haben lange Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht, sehr romantisch und idyllisch. Erholung pur in stiller Natur
Die Lage allein ist Traumhaft und das Haus ungewƶhnlich groƟ und ziemlich neu mit super Standard. Einzig der Mangel an SchrƤnken und Kommoden fĆ¼r die Bekleidung, machte das Leben aus dem Koffer und von KleiderstƤndern etwas anders als gewohnt, ging aber auch Mal, weil der Rest stimmte. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein tolles Haus mit traumhaften Seeblick
Wir haben einen wundervollen, entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich sofort Zuhause zu fĆ¼hlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir werden gern wiederkommen. Vielleicht sind dann die kleinen, verwunschenen HĆ¼tten neben dem Haus schon in Nutzung ;-). Lieben Dank fĆ¼r alles!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub! Das Haus ist sehr groƟzĆ¼gig, sauber und gut aufgeteilt. Die Bilder im Internet lĆ¼gen nicht! Die Ausstattung ist super und durch die FuƟbodenheizung war es immer angenehm kuschelig. Die Lage am See ist natĆ¼rlich unĆ¼bertroffen. Wir waren mitten in der Natur, hatten unsere Ruhe vom Alltag und konnten richtig gut abschalten. Der perfekte Urlaub. Der Vermieter Hannes steht einem bei Bedarf jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben bereits fĆ¼r nƤchstes Jahr gebucht.
