Schreckliche Kommunikation
Das Haus sowie die Umgebung sind ansprechend, jedoch war die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter äußerst enttäuschend. Wir wollten das Haus betreten, stellten jedoch fest, dass der Schlüssel fehlte. Dies führte dazu, dass wir im Winter mit kleinen Kindern draußen in der Kälte warten mussten. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Novasol wurden wir zunächst angewiesen, den Schlüssel an einem bestimmten Ort abzuholen, was dann jedoch kurzfristig wieder zurückgenommen wurde. Dieses Hin und Her war nicht nur frustrierend, sondern auch unprofessionell. Zu allem Überfluss zeigte der Anbieter keinerlei Einsicht und versuchte, uns die Schuld für die Situation zuzuschieben. Nach dieser Erfahrung kann ich nur sagen, dass ich nicht erneut über diese Plattform buchen würde. Es zeigt, dass eine große Plattform nicht automatisch für guten Service steht. Seien Sie vorsichtig bei der Wahl Ihres Anbieters.
