Very convenient to have a little separated space in the room where we could put a packnplay. We were able to put the baby to sleep with a sound machine before the rest of us. Nice clean room too.

The indoor pool is at 75 degrees even after the front desk person says this is a regular complaint and that Mr. Patel refuses to make it any warmer. It was so cold we couldn’t swim. This was in April and it’s still set to 75. We chose this location because of the pool. They offered us nothing to remedy our frustration. We will not return to Comfort Inn because of this stay.

The room is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. It is located near a junction of an interstate so it is easy to get to Knoxville downtown.

Had trouble getting into my room for 2 of the 3 nights. Got sick second day in, air filters not been changed out - mold exposure. The hotel is next to a fire station - usually can't hear it but between the fire trucks and people racing down the road with loud mufflers, it is not a peaceful place.

Mediocre hotel
This hotel is in need of a remodel. The bathroom needed the most work. We were in a handicap room (we didn’t ask for that) and the bath towels were hanging on the grab bars around the toilet. The shower also had low water pressure. The room itself wasn’t bad, but the air conditioner didn’t cool off the room as it should. I’ll make a note not to stay here again.
