Smelly room, parking scam
Room smelled like chlorine gas and made me and my girlfriend both dizzy. Front desk refused to do anything about the issue, so we spent the night in a Clorox coffin and woke up with headaches. Used the hotel parking garage, and was not prompted for payment in the garage or when checking out by hotel staff. Instead, I was mailed a ticket less than a month later by Hilton that included an insane $55 late fee, despite arriving at my house within 30 days of my stay. Can't get anyone on the phone to dispute the charge. Total scam. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Crowne Plaza.

Even though my room was located near the Elevators, and I am a light sleeper, the sound did not carry through the walls as I expected. I slept through the night, and I will mention, there was a loud convention and UT Graduation going on the weekend, there was the potential for A LOT of noise. I'll definitely stay here again when in the area.

Nice hotel in the heart of Knoxville. Everything was great. I wish hotels would invest in larger pillows rather than lumping small pillows into large pillow cases.
