We were meant to stay here for 3 nights but unfortunately the weather in Koh Samui was monsoon so we decided to stay for one night and go Bangkok But that was a hard choice because the facilities and staff here were so fantastic to us, the ambience of the hotel was great and location was in the middle of everything you needed The breakfast was brilliant and after telling the staff we was going to check out early due to the weather, they provided us a private car to the airport I wish we could have stayed here for longer

The location is great as you are right on the beach and there’s two nice pools. But we found our room quite dirty, and unfortunately had no sleep. Beds are rock solid and noise from arc bar was loud until early hours. And then from 8am construction work on a building within the hotel next to our room. We wouldn’t return mainly because of the beds being worst we slept on in all of Thailand!

You have everything you need in the middle of the Chaweng; nice beach, equipped rooms, good and healthy breakfast, amazing massage huts on the beach.

Best location on Chaweng beach!!
Location wise this is the best place to stay on Chaweng Beach, right next to Ark bar and fire shows at night and walk out front door of resort and in center of all the action, can’t get a better area on beach. Overall resort well kept and nice, definitely not a 5 star but for price it’s great and I’d give it 4-4.5 out of 5. Would absolutely stay again. Can get hour massages next to pool for 300 Baht or $9 US dollar. We originally booked a shino room and dark and little dated but the hotel front desk was able to relocate us and we were much happier being by the monkey pool so kudos to the front staff for going out of their way to make our stay much better. Don’t stay to north of this hotel as during day beach washed away, at night water recedes but id stay here or anywhere to the south of this resort.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. It is beautifully located right next to the beach, with a lovely beachfront restaurant. The resort is full of greenery and has a charming pool. The houses are spacious and comfortably furnished. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly friendly, always helpful without being intrusive. The housekeeping service is very thorough and also super kind. The breakfasts offered a good variety and the service was very pleasant. There’s nothing to complain about – it was a perfect experience!

Great hotel and fantastic staff
Been to the hotel before which is why we chose it. The staff are fantasric, very friendly and helpful. Beds and pullows are a bit hard but that is normal out here. There was sone building work goinig on at the hotel but it didn't cause any problems. The stay was excellent as always.

A great resort, staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend this resort. Our third time here and it will not be our last.

Beautiful lush scenery. Rooms were perfect for me, loved the bath and shower combo. Staff were all amazing, so kind and friendly. Location is right near all the shops / restaurants / nightlife etc., plus right on the beach. Massage ladies were awesome too! Only negative, is that there was some renovations going on so was a bit noisy with jackhammers and angle grinders on some days! Other than that, can’t fault the place.

This place was a great hotel, staff were lovely, rooms were made everday if you requested, very efficient, restaurant had great burgers could of come with more chips but then again prob not a bad thing haha, green chicken curry mmmm expected better for Thailand but when you order room service you get what you get. The towel card thing I could not get my head around though. So when you check in ur given a card to use to get a towel for pool/decking on beach and if you lose the card there is a charge and they ask you room number when you give you card, it just makes no sense to me, if your staying at the hotel as a paid guest they should just give you a towel. Other than this minor dalliance with my brain a great place to stay :)

Property was fine , but a man at front desk pulled me out of the room and had me follow him because he wanted to show me that I had to collect my laundry, he was wrong, I had picked up the day before. I had complained that cleaner took my laundry as trash because I left it next to the trash can. Made me feel like I was in trouble, I will not be using your property agsin
