We were excited about our stay after seeing the great reviews online. However we were disappointed with the customer service. We tried to make them aware of our issues while we were there but the staff took no action to resolve it. After completing the online survey we received a somewhat snarky response from Manuel Lang, which was just full of excuses and once again the hotel did not take responsibility for some of the issues. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff at Rhoy Rhoy were good, but the staff at Fish Tales need to be taught how to engage with guests. While the overall hotel is nice, the facilities are outdated and in need of an upgrade too. I cannot say we would recommend this hotel

Lovely experience wonderful staff!
Had an amazing stay at Garrya Tongsai. The rooms were immaculate and luxurious. The staff were absolutely wonderful and attuned to our needs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was great with its own private beach and a very easy kayak or paddleboard ride to the nearby beach. Facilities were all very well maintained and very clean. We had a great experience lounging on the beach, in the pool or even on our own patio area with a wonderful ocean view. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and provided excellent service. The property is very quiet but is close to the beach and not overcrowded. The only problem is the hotel is not easily accessible to any restaurants or amenities. If you like something more serene, this is definitely a great choice. Highly recommend.

The resort was beautiful but dated. I would highly recommend that resort to anyone who's looking for peace and tranquility. the rooms are spacious and well-articulated. The staff were extremely friendly, punctual and always there to help. We were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary and my birthday and they went out of their way to make each day special. Simply amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at such a lovely hotel in an interesting natural setting. Although we were a bit concerned at first about the access issues for my elderly mum, we soon appreciated the 'adventurous' terrain and the daily buggy rides turned out to be such fun for her. All the staff at Garrya Tongsai Bay really make the place special. They were all so lovely and really made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed immensely the high standard of the food at Rhoy Rhoy restaurant where we had dinner twice and special mention goes to Kookik who was not only kind, caring and attentive to our needs, but was professional and super efficient at her job. What a great example of excellent service! The clean, private, easily accessible beach was a real plus and the half moon pool was a calm relaxing place with a great view.

Luxury private beach resort with two pools and stunning views everywhere. Our multilevel room had private pool. Two or more restaurants and a beach bar. Wonderful staff eager to please and help. I studied many other luxury options and glad I chose this one. Get a few minutes away from town and stay here. Close to airport.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location with a private beach. The staff were the highlight of the stay - so friendly and excellent service. The hotel is close to Choeng Mon but not really walkable, however hotel transfers are available to there and anywhere else on the island for a small fee.

Dreamy stay at this resort. From start to finish we were treated like royalty. This resort is quiet and secluded- it gives the feeling of being on a retreat. The staff went out of their way to make sure your every need was catered to. We loved the restaurant staff at the onsite Thai restaurant and ms pu at the juice bar in the morning was a delight! A perfect destination for a romantic getaway.

Tongsai Bay is the perfect place to go when you’re in need of rest and recovery. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the staff are always busy meeting guest requests and the pool area right on the beach is perfect for relaxation.
