Old farmhouse for 40 years in family ownerschip. It is located in a corner of a forest with a fantastic view on the village of Kollnburg with its romatic old castle. In the distance you have a fabulous view on the hills of the bavarian forest: Arber, Rachel, Osser and Lusen. The large property with fields and forest has an own sourse with bubbles out in the barbeque hut and flows into the fishpond. The spacious terrace invites you to lie in the sun or to have breakfast. The romantic fishhut has a installed barbeque for your barbeque party with friends.

The House is comfortable with lot of wood.. In 4 sleeping rooms are beds for 7 persons and 1 baby. 1 Bathroom is integrated in a sleeping room. The second bathroom is in the second floor. The studio is with a south balcony.

Sehr interessante stilvolle Farb-, Stoff- und Bilderkombinationen im Haus. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge und Abendstimmungen. Es war überall sauber. Ausser der Heizung sehr ruhig. Grosser Esstisch der zum Verweilen einlädt. Lohnenswerte Ausflüge nach Regensburg, Passau, Bayerisch Eisenstein, Bodenmais und den Arber. Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Viechtach. Auto mit Navi von Vorteil. Nachbarn auf angenehme Weise kontaktfreudig und hilfsbereit. Fairer Preis, alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Wer abgeschiedene Ferien auf der "Alp", in einem chaletähnlichen Haus mag, sehr zu empfehlen!

Einfach nur herrlich...
Wir waren mit sieben Mann da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wunderbare Landschaft, Motorradstrecken zuhauf, Ruhe, nette Menschen, sehr gute Gastlichkeit und ein tolles Haus mit allem drum und dran. Grillhütte, Naturkühlschrank für die Getränke und viel Platz. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Perfekt entspannter Urlaub
Die Lage der Hütte ist wirklich perfekt, wenn man im Urlaub einfach nur entspannen will. Die einzigen Nachbarn weit und breit betreuen die Hütte mit viel Freundlichkeit. Die Kücke ist modern und mit allem bestückt, was man so für den altag an Geschirr braucht. Sowohl der Esstisch in der Küche als auch der Tisch am Grillplatz bieten leicht Platz für 7 Personen. Letzterer kommt übrigens mit einer wahnsinig schönen Aussicht und lädt zum gemütlichen Zusammensein ein. Das Wohnzimmer ist für 7 Personen leiter etwas klein, aber dafür sind die Schlafzimmer geräumig und mit 3 Bädern ist das Haus auch ausreichend versorgt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sowohl vor, als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut und freundlich. Wir hatten viel Spaß dabei die Umgebung zu Fuß zu erkunden und konnten einfach unsere Seelen baumeln lassen. Wirklich eine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. :D

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und hätten es noch deutlich länger ausgehalten! Die Lage ist top und das Haus sehr sauber! Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse, mit Weitblick bis zum Arber ist einfach traumhaft. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Die Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses, insbesondere der Küche und der Schlafzimmer (Matratzen) war hervorragend. Aufgrund der Jahreszeit wurde der Außenbereich (Grillhütte) von uns nicht genutzt, bietet aber im Sommer sicher ein tolles Erlebnis bei dem Panorama. In der Umgebung (Kollnburg, St. Englmar, Bad Kötzting) sind sehr viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitbeschäftigung möglich. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.
