This 3,800 sqft two-story home is just a short stroll west along the tropical walkway to Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, and east to Shipwrecks Beach and the Grand Hyatt Kauai, featuring cafes, restaurants, sushi bar, local music, and their relaxing Anara Spa.

The first floor guest bedroom features two Twin Beds with fine linens, AC, blinds, and TV, and is adjacent to the newly remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower.

The 2nd floor bedroom suite features a King Size Bed with fine linens, AC, blinds, TV, and a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower, lots of towels and back up bed linens.

The 4th bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and features a King Bed with fine linens, AC, blinds, TV, back-up bed linens, and is adjacent to the 4th bathroom which features a tub-shower combination and lots of towels.

The 5th bedroom is also located on the 2nd floor and features two Twin Beds with fine linens, AC, blinds, and a TV, and is adjacent to the 4th bathroom featuring the tub-shower combination.

There is a large desk in the upstairs den to set up your temporary office.

Turn on your laptop anywhere on the property and enjoy high-speed wireless internet access. Cable TV offers premium program viewing.

Excellent rental home near the ocean

This is an AMAZING house! Air con was on when we arrived and ice cold! It's quiet but a short walk to the pool and beach. Kalapaki Joe's is right next to the pool and does a mean happy hour! It was our first time to the island and we had a delightful stay!

This house was great. First class all around nothing left to chance. Hi grade towels, linens, beds, hot tub and kitchen tools. I would give the overall experience a 9.2 with the only issue is vrbo answers questions via an internal email system with no notification and they do not send a copy to your email address.

House was very big and comfortable for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs. Only used the hot tub a couple times, the back patio was perfect for eating dinner and relaxing.

First, I will say I’m a host of a large house in a different state. This is a lot of space with a few very comfortable mattresses. It has no spices, oil, cooking supplies which is just obvious nobody ever actually lives here. I love the location, keyless entry and lots of seating. Really worked well for my group and walking distance to other hotels and beach was awesome. Left some Hyatt and Marriott towels (your welcome!)

Great vacation home
My family and I had a great time in Kauai and really enjoyed staying at this home. We had plenty of space and were able to relax after a long day of exploring the island. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We would love to stay here again next year.

This property was amazing.
Every room was beautiful, spacious, comfy, and clean. Four bathrooms with showers was a plus. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and amenities. Kitchen was open and very well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella was so handy and the hot tub was a plus after a day of activities on the island. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Wedding House!

This was a very spacious, well appointed property in a beautiful neighborhood. We cooked at home several times and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we needed. Close to beaches and a nice little shopping center. Our family of 8 felt very comfortable here, plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was a bonus, we used it several times.

Fantastic Home Near Grand Hyatt
We loved staying at this home. It is big enough for eight adults. The kitchen is well stocked. It even has a kitchen thermometer. Our adult children enjoyed the jacuzzi. Poipu Beach is nearby. Don’t miss seeing the turtles on the beach each night. The only thing I would recommend for Lori and her team is for more communication before the arrival. I would recommend that they send each renter a note after the final payment is due letting us know what to expect about the check in process and that you will receive detailed instructions 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, when we were there, Lori and her team were on top of a minor issue and fixed it that day. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays at this home! Easy walk to the beach, close to several restaurants and shopping. House was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and relax at home. We had 6 adults and could have easily accommodated more. Several living areas which allowed family to gather but also split into smaller groups. Management did a great job of responding to our questions with quick responses. We would definitely stay here again if we came to Kauai and would recommend to family and friends!

Jacuzzi water did not smell good and wasn't clear. I called and left a voicemail for the property manager during the weekend and did not receive a call back Monday. We didn't use the jacuzzi. Listing showed entertainment for teens in the garage and door to garage was locked when we arrived. We asked about the entertainment and was told by PM the owner requested the door to not be unlocked or opened. We booked this home over others because of the jacuzzi and entertainment for teens. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the property to the max. Overall we rated the property a 4.
