Had a very nice stay at this hotel! Convenient location next to Komatsu train station with bus service to Komatsu airport on a clearly posted schedule! Checkin was friendly and speedy. Beds were firm but comfortable. Train runs nearby but not disruptive with the windows closed. 7-11 and restaurants just around the corner. Easy stay!

My first experience in my many visits to Komatsu. I was quite amazed by this hotel, the service as I walked in, super easy check in and check out, great location and an awesome view from my room. The room was spacious with some very advanced technology. I loved it and I already booked several nights for next week.

The taller guy at the front desk is super rude. I had a few interactions with him and each time I felt like I was annoying him by asking him questions. He needs to let go or be moved to a position that doesn’t require interactions with customers. Also, Fridge temperature is not cold enough.
