Cozy summer cottage by the sea for rent ten kilometers north of Borgholm at Kalmarsund. Quiet and child friendly location. Perfect place to wind down and disconnect. 150 meters to the sea and fantastic sea views with wonderful sunsets. Kitchen, bedroom, living room with fireplace & TV, combustion toilet inside as well as an hot water outdoor shower booth. Fence or hedge around the plot on a 750 square meter lawn and a iron gate to the village street. In the tool shed there are div. utensils such as barbecues and loungers which may be used if required.

Wonderful sea view
We had an amazing time on Ɩland, to a great extent thanks to this wonderful property. . What a location! Enjoying the tranquility, the sea, the view was wonderful. It was also very nice with the cows on the meadow between the cottage and the sea. Kjell was also very informative and helpful as a host. We would definately come back!

Slidt, gammelt lidt primitivt hus med meget fin udsigt
Ejeren (Kjell) var meget venlig og hurtig til at svare pĆ„ spĆørgsmĆ„l. Huset har en god glas veranda med udsigt over havet mod vest. Det giver fine solnedgange. Vandrere skal vƦre opmƦrksomme pĆ„, at man skal kĆøre et stykke for at komme til naturparker med gode vandreruter. Huset er gammelt og slidt, hvilket gĆør det svƦrt at vurdere rengĆøringen. Vinduerne binder. Selvom Kjell medsender vejledning til forbrƦndingstoalettet, var det tydeligt, at det ikke var blevet korrekt tĆømt og rengjort, da vi ankom. Det er ogsĆ„ lidt besvƦrligt ved afgang, idet toalettet skal vƦre koldt, nĆ„r det rengĆøres. Da forbrƦndingen kan tage op til 1 1/2 time, kan det vƦre vanskeligt at nĆ„ rengĆøringen, hvis nogen skal pĆ„ toilettet den morgen, hvor der er afgang. Gulvet i kĆøkkenet fĆøles som om det er flƦkket/i stykker og lyder ligesĆ„dan. De fĆørste tre dage vi var i huset, flyttede vi en del insekter udenfor. En stor skovsnegl fra toilettet den fĆørste dag (det er ekstra svƦrt at rengĆøre snegleslim) samt en god del grƦshopper. De fĆørste to nƦtter hĆørte vi dem ā€˜pippeā€™ i stuen om natten. Plus selvfĆølgelig lidt edderkopper. Vi havde egne puder og dyner med. Det vil jeg anbefale. HĆ„ndvasken er adskildt fra sovevƦrelset med et gardin. Der er dĆør ud til toilettet. Toilet og sovevƦrelse deler vƦg, sĆ„ hvis toilettet bruges, nĆ„r man skal sove, hĆøres der en summen fra toilettet indtil forbrƦndingen er slut. Der er ingen lugt fra toilettet indendĆøre, men mens forbrƦndingen pĆ„gĆ„r kan man lugte rĆøg i haven.

Het huis is schitterend gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. De foto's van de buitenkant zijn van lang geleden. Binnen was het schoon maar de meubels zijn gedateerd. Alle kasten waren vol, zowel in de slaapkamer als in de keuken. In de adv staat: 2 slaapkamers + bedbank woonkamer. Er was echter maar 1 slaapkamer en ook geen 2 persoons bed. Terras en ramen erg vies.

Naturnah, tolle Umgebung
Das HƤuschen liegt an einer Kuhweide, die Ostsee ist in greifbarer NƤhe. Baden geht ganz in der NƤhe, Borgholm ist 10 Autominuten entfernt und unbedingt sehenswert. FahrrƤder wƤren toll, denn es gibt gute Radwege. Einen Toaster und ein Geschirrhandtuch wƤren auch toll. BettwƤsche und HandtĆ¼cher muss man auch mitbringen, die gibt es nicht im Objekt. Ansonsten ein Kleinod und Ɩland ist eine Reise wert. Der Preis im Juni war klasse und wir lieben es auch, mal ohne Luxus zu reisen.

Das Haus ist sehr zentral fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge um Ɩland zu erkunden. Leider kein direkter Zugang zum Meer. Im Garten genĆ¼gend Platz fĆ¼r unseren Hund. Die AuƟendusche und die Verbrennungstoilette etwas gewƶhnun gsbedĆ¼rftig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĆ¼hlt. Es war ein schƶner Aufenthalt.
