Hotel had Double Booked - did not help us out!
Musholm Bugt Feriecenter had double booked, which meant they did not have a room for us when we arrived. They had sent us an email late in the afternoon telling us about the situation, which we had not seen upon arrival. In the email, which we only read later, Musholm took responsibility for the double booking, but when we talked to them they blamed it on hotels.com (which was not true). The only help they provided us were recommendations which other hotels to approach at 9pm. Naturally, that ended up being expensive for us. Finally, they did not automatically refund our payment. We had to contact hotels.com ourselves to have that done. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Korsƶr bietet wenig Hotels. Dieses ist zweifellos top auf die BedĆ¼rfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen eingerichtet, keine Frage! Das ist toll einerseits, fĆ¼hrt aber dazu, dass fĆ¼r GƤste ohne EinschrƤnkungen das GefĆ¼hl der kuscheligen, warmen Hotelumgebung verloren geht. Es ist alles sehr funktional, wirkte auf uns mehr wie ein komfortables Krankenhaus. Die Lage ist aber sehr schƶn, ruhig und die GebƤude fĆ¼gen sich hervorragend in die Landschaft ein. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck im wenig gemĆ¼tlich Speiseraum war sehr, sehr Ć¼bersichtlich. Die Sauberkeit war ok, die Verkalkungen an den sanitƤren Objekten sollten gerne einmal beseitigt werden. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, mein RĆ¼cken hat sich beklagt. Fazit: fĆ¼r eine Nacht ok.

Kom til lĆ„st reception hvor nĆøglen til vƦrelset ikk var lagt ud. MĆ„tte vente pĆ„ vagten der kom for at lukke en ind. Da man ankom til vƦrelset var det tydeligt at det ikke var rengjort da sengetĆøj osv lĆ„ brugt og fjernbetjening osv lĆ„ smidt pĆ„ gulvet.

Erg fijn overnacht met mijn gezin en met het gezin van mijn zusje. Het eten in het restaurant was erg goed en het ontbijt uitstekend. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Het appartement erg ruim. In eerste instantie bedoelt voor de gehandicapte vakantieganger. Hier en daar wat aan de muur zou het appartement iets meer sfeer geven. Onze kinderen hebben met plezier gebruik gemaakt van de gym en de grote sporthal.

Det er fint og rent, men der lugter simpelthen af plejehjem, og total kloak lugt nƄr man tƦndte for vandet i bruseren. Personalet er super venlige. NƄr det bare er til at overnatte pƄ, sƄ er det helt fint.
