The spacious nearly 80 sqm three-room apartment is on the ground floor of a small residential and tourist complex consisting of 14 apartments. Enjoy the. The coastal forest in the front garden, the nearby beach and yet central location to everything in the village The beautiful large terrace invites you to have breakfast such Laze. A parking space directly in front of the apartment also contributes to a relaxing vacation.
The apartment was renovated in June 2015 and mostly refurnished. We hope that you love the open Scandinavian interior design style.

Schöner Sommerurlaub
Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist top ausgestattet, gut gelegen und der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Überall sind Spinnweben und Staub.

Wir fanden eine gepflegte, zweckmäßige, modern ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung vor. Was will man mehr. Ortszentrum und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. der Vermieter, Herr Kraulich ist sehr nett, und sorgte dafür, dass man die Kurkarten schon im Vorfeld erhielt, also kein Anstellen bei der Touristeniformation! Vielen Dank! Ebenso problemlos das Einchecken durch einen Schlüsseltresor. Dazu noch sonnige Tage an der Ostsee. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Kettenraucher auf der Nachbarterasse.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in Koserw in der FeWo von Herrn Kraulich! Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und weitgehend sauber, tolle Lage- mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei, schnell und lösungsorientiert. Insgesamt hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit und kommen gern wieder!

Tolle Tage in Koserow
Wir waren zum zweiten Male in dieser Unterkunft und es war genauso schön wie beim ersten Male. Gepflegt und sehr sauber! Die Lage am Küstenwald ist für unsere Fellnase ideal, der Strand ist nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhig gelegenes, großzügig geschnittenes, helles und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement, direkt am Waldrand - alles sauber und tipptopp. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit Vermieter im Vorfeld. Sehr zu empfehlen und gerne wieder!

Leider haben wir unseren Aufenthalt frühzeitig abgebrochen. Es lag nicht nur an der Wohnung, da uns auch die Umgebung nicht zugesagt hat. Wir hatten etwas andere Vorstellungen. Die Möglichkeiten etwas mit einem Hund zu unternehmen sind sehr begrenzt. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war leider sehr ungenügend. Wir haben zunächst selber das Bad, das Geschirr in der Küche und den Wohnraum reinigen müssen. Das Sofa im Wohnraum war ohne eine zusätzliche Decke, die die Verunreinigung abdeckt, nicht zumutbar nutzbar. Außerdem war der Geruch im Wohnraum grenzwertig. Es roch sehr stark nach Hund. Selbst für uns als Hundebesitzer war dieser Geruch grenzwertig. Für Besucher ohne Hund unserer Meinung nach nicht mehr zumutbar. Im Bad hat es ebenfalls sehr stark gerochen und in der Dusche gab es leichten Schimmelbefall. Die Wohnung an sich wäre sehr schön gewesen und ist eigentlich gut ausgestattet, jedoch in dem von uns vorgefundenen Reinigungszustand nach unseren Ansprüchen nicht akzeptabel.

Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen haben wir uns für diese Ferienwohnung entschieden. Leider wurden wir vor Ort dann enttäuscht. Wir fanden diverse Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger vor (z.B. Haare im Bad, Tempos unter dem Bett im Bettkasten,...) Die Kaffeemaschine war sehr verschmutzt und auch das Geschirr aus dem Schrank war größtenteils schmutzig. Da das Haus sehr nah am Wald ist, waren auch viele Spinnen und Mücken in der Wohnung. Warum man dann nur an einem Fenster ein Fliegengitter anbringt verstehe ich nicht. Die Toilettenbürste sollte dringend erneuert werden, genauso der defekte Toilettenpapierhalter. Viele Staub-/Spinnweben vor allem in den Ecken der Zimmerdecken und an den Fensterrahmen. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzgl der Mängel fand statt, wurde jedoch damit begründet, dass man für die Reinigung nicht so viel Zeit hatte, da wir früher in die Wohnung wollten, was so nicht korrekt war. Davon abgesehen, waren einige Missstände und defekte Gegenstände wie z.B. der Toilettenpapierhalter definitv schon länger defekt.

Die Wohnung ist am Ortsrand von Koserow gelegen. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 600 m zu Fuß. Ideal für Familien mit 3 Kindern. Eigener PKW-Stellplatz dirket vor dem Haus vorhanden.

Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung. Das Internet lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig, laut Vermieter ist aktuell leider nicht mehr möglich, man wartet auf Glasfaserausbau. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war wunderbar.

Perfekt für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Koserow. Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es steht eine große und moderne Küche zum Kochen zur Verfügung. Man merkt, die Wohnung gepflegt und instand gehalten wird. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Alles da was man braucht
Es war wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt in Koserow. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Es könnte etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden, in Ecken wo man nicht immer hin kommt bzw unterm Bett, Schrank usw. Im Großen und Ganzen aber trotzdem alles bestens. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Koserow und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Wohnung bestens eingerichtet und die Terasse ist perfekt da sie ab ca 14 Uhr schön sonnig und windstill !! ist. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß möglich (nach 5 Minuten über eine Treppe erreichbar) oder die schöne neue Seebrücke (15 Minuten ohne Treppe ).

Wir waren als Familie bereits das zweite Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist komplikationslos, das kontaktfreie Einchecken ist super. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. In der Küche haben wir nix vermisst. Unsere Hundedame hat die kurzen Wege in den Wald und Strand auch sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Lage direkt am Wald sehr ruhig gelegen, zum Strand muss man schon ein wenig laufen. Besonders gut hat uns die Vollausstattung der Wohnung gefallen, dort hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die kontaktlose Übergabe lief problemlos. Allerdings ist das Haus im allgemeinen sehr hellhörig, dünne Wände. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, auch sehr komfortabel. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.
