The hotel is very nice but the location is not convenient. Next time I would choose a hotel closer to a metro station. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant at the hotel was expensive. I booked a Harbour view room and the upgrade I got was the same room but on the 7th floor with a partial view.

A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted and want my to be taken care of, I'm going to want results. Thank you Edmund! The staff is always amazing. I have flown from the US several times in the past 3 months. I always stay here. It's extremely clean, great location, and the staff is always incredible. This is a Great hotel with great service, best location with a harbour view room, veru reasonably priced bar for this kind of upscale 5 star hotel. Only critique is very long wait time to check in. Be aware check -in time is strictly 3 pm . We had to wait a little bit longer.
