Short Stay in HK
Although it was a short stay of two nights, quite surprise that the hotel does not provide bottled drinking water, had to purchase my own water from supermarket… also there’s no complete toiletries, perhaps this is due to the going green program but inconvenient for the guest.. hotel’s location is fantastic with the shopping mall just next door and the metro station very close by.. good location..

We have good experience on this hotel. Its connecting with MOKO shopping mall. And there is MTR station inside MOKO shopping mall. Good service, easy checkin, room with big space. They allow us to store some of our luggage at their storage while we went go to china. And pick them up when come back from china and stay again at royal plaza hotel.

Booked a family room. Nice, spacious, clean and good service. Check-in was pretty slow due to the huge number of guests staying here. Big plus is that its very near to MTR and connected to a shopping mall. Foot entry during silent hours can be a pain.

Extremely convenient to access all shopping, dining, transportation. Staff is polite and friendly. Security is done well without feeling stressed. Front desk is fast and professional. Luggage transfer is a breeze. Assistance from the attendant Miss Anna of the gym is marvelous. Don’t forget to spend a few minutes with the electronic live sized game elevated in the gym. It is not only a game, but a truly cardio exercise! I had a lot of fun with it. Yes, will recommend this stay to everyone, and will surely coming back.
