Stayed for 2 weeks and this hotel is exceptional! Brilliant staff, we had a sicky night with the kods and their help was amazing, brilliant service, especially Guy at the swim up bar, kids always asked if we were going to see Guy today! Cleaning team were brilliant, nothing too much trouble. We had a swim up room which made it extra special. Would definitely stay again if in Ao Nang without a doubt.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was wonderful. Our pool view room was large enough for our family of 4 and we loved the big balcony. I can’t fault it really - we will be back!

I would like to provide feedback on our recent at your hotel. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness in our room, which fell far below what we have come to expect from 5-star or even 4-star hotels. Additionally, the room itself was in urgent need of renovation. The extra bed provided for our child was also extremely uncomfortable. It had only a mattress a few centimeters thick placed on a hard wooden frame. Our child complained of neck and back pain. On a positive note, we appreciated the beautiful appearance of the hotel’s common areas, and the breakfast was excellent—thank you for that. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to New, who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and even offered us the option to change rooms. However, by that point, we had already decided to leave and switch to another hotel, so we checked out as soon as we found a suitable alternative. While our stay could have ended on a better note, unfortunately, the service we received upon checkout was the worst we have ever encountered. When I said thank you and goodbye, Mrs. Dao did not respond or even make eye contact. It was only thanks to the gentleman at the adjacent desk who offered a thank you and farewell on behalf of his colleague that we left with some sense of courtesy. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future improvement.

We booked 7 rooms within our travel group. 3 out of the 7 rooms were so mouldy they had to change rooms 2 of these booking didn’t even get into a room on the first day we booked due to the mould ended up staying from midnight in temporary rooms and had to move the next day but had to wait until 12pm for the rooms to be ready. Once we were all in rooms that weren’t mouldy the stay was good, the pools are excellent for the kids however the slides need maintenance. The hotel is close to landmark night market and good location for many restaurants

Hotel precioso, cerca de la playa, todo muy amplio desde las habitaciones, el hall, restaurantes... La atención es perfecta y sobre todo la ubicación. Cerca de todo y para nosotros en la mejor zona de ao nang beach, porque está más tranquilo que los demás hoteles.

Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort in Krabi, Thailand, offers a prime location directly opposite the beach and just a short walk from the famous Ao Nang night markets. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay pleasant from the start. The pool area was spacious and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed having a pool access room on the ground floor. However, we realised our room was located right next to the swim-up bar, where techno music was played at high volumes throughout the day. Unfortunately, the speakers were positioned towards our room, making it difficult to relax on our balcony due to the constant loud noise. The music choice seemed more suited for a younger crowd or a clubbing techno scene despite the fact that many families with young children were staying at the resort. While we appreciated many aspects of the resort, the loud music significantly impacted our ability to relax, and for this reason, we likely wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The pool access room that we were staying room#1104 & 1106 smell really really bad ( we think it’s from the sewer) and we had encountered mouse in both of those rooms. Hotel staff was very understanding and quickly change our room. They were quick to arrive at our rooms to help us locate the mouse. Finally the third room #2108 was good. Overall good experience and we enjoy our stay
