Outstanding hotel, unbelievably clean, smelt amazing, staff were exceptional in helping us find a booking slot for Auschwitz visit. Location to the town centre is perfect with only a short 10 min walk if able and a 1 min walk to the tram line if not so able. Room was spacious and quiet and comfortable for two. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for a short trip to this amazing gothic old city.

Fine hotel, even a little luxury. Best served breakfast ever. Surprisingly the bar was out of beer in the evening. And what was there was not local. Nice personnel, small mistake in the reception but everything went well after all.

Area is a outside the Old City (and advantage) on the tramline (very close). Super safe, convenient. Staff great, hotel beautiful and breakfast amazing. Generally an excellent stay. And I've been coming to Krakow for 30 years.

Absolutely outstanding!
Genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, I have absolutely no complaints or anything I think that could be done better. From start to finish, the service from every staff member was outstanding - everyone was so helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is immaculate. The location is fantastic, we used Bolt the whole time and had no issues getting to and from the hotel in taxis. I would 100% stay here again if we returned to Krakow.

Amazing breakfast and superb stay
Our stay was really nice and we enjoyed the hotels visual style. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. It was personal and tasty. I think the only negative thing was that the sounds from outside were quite loud(tram noise). Perhaps the windows aren’t that thick. Special bonus has to go the person who was on standby in the reception on the nightshift (23.00) in 4th of August. We left early on the 5th of August and the male receptionist ensured we had two bags of breakfast with us when we left. That is superb service👍

The hotel was located in heart of the city. The top things off, the police station is attached nextdoor. It's a 20 minute walk to the largest square in Europe or you can catch the 4 tram trains that drops you with 5 mins. The air conditioning in the room really needs upgrading. I was alone on my trip, but with two persons in room it would be extremely difficult.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were super friendly and pleasant. It's walkable into the main square only 20mins, however there are frequent trams you can get if this is too far. There's also plenty of dining and drinking venues short walks away. Lovely hotel in a lovely area.
