Beautiful hotel, right on the edge of the old town, next to the castle. Everything within walking distance. Only negative: we had queen bed but duvet cover was x2 width ways across the bed and pillow was 1 huge square.

Lovely, spotless hotel with lovely staff. Good location near Wawel castle and only a few minute walk into the Old Town. As it was near the castle, it was very peaceful at night time. Breakfast was great, and location was good.

Amazing stay at this hotel! The property is clean and has everything you could need. It’s situated close to the castle and is easily walkable to the main Krakow sights. The only downside was the breakfast so would give that a miss as there are plenty of affordable cafe’s nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Look no further...
We had a flying visit to Krakow this weekend for the Xmas markets. We chose to stay here because of the proximity and previous good reviews. I am so glad we did! The hotel is ultra chic, the rooms are huge, bed is super comfy and the decor is stunning. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff were very helpful and the whole place just had a lovely ambience to it. It was perfectly located for the Xmas markets and local attractions. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we next visit Krawkow.

The hotel was very clean and within walking distance to the square and castle, Wawel. Also many restaurants close to the hotel without going to the square were very good! Pickup and drop off for all the excursions we went on were right in front off the hotel.
