Sunset Villa is a unique property that offers you the best of both worlds: the comfort and elegance of a luxury villa, and the proximity and harmony of a beach hut. The Villa is situated right on the shore of the Caribbean Sea, giving you direct access to the beach and the crystal-clear water. You can enjoy the stunning views of the ocean from every angle: right from the master bedroom and living room, as well as from the spacious deck and the private pool. The Villa is built with natural materials creating an atmosphere of a private retreat.
At the Villa, you will find four spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Two bedrooms have a king-sized bed, the other two bedrooms a queen size bed, and a large closet with hangers and drawers, a ceiling fan and air conditioning to keep you cool. Each bedroom also has a smart TV, private bathroom with a shower, double sink, and a toilet. You can also access the deck and the pool from two bedrooms through sliding glass doors.

You can also access the deck and the pool from the kitchen and living room through sliding glass doors. The dining room has a large wooden table that can seat up to ten people comfortably. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a smart TV. The open plan area has large windows that let in natural light and offer panoramic views of the ocean.

After a day of diving, you can rinse off the salt and sand in one of the two outside showers located on the property. The showers are equipped with hot and cold water. You can clean your diving equipment in the rinsing tank located on the deck. The rinse tank is filled with fresh water and has drains for easy disposal.
One of the most amazing features of Sunset Villa is the spacious hardwood deck under the coconut palm trees, where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets every evening. The deck is furnished with comfortable chairs, tables, and hammock, where you can relax and admire the changing colors of the sky and the sea. The deck also has a barbecue grill and outside kitchen.
