Sea – View Accommodations with large swimming pool in a Mediterranean style picturesque ocean- view Mansion located in the most prestigious neighborhood on the island of Bonaire. As you enter this Property you will feel and see the sea, ocean and all tranquility that goes with that feeling and a spectacular view from the Caribbean Sea, island of Klein Bonaire and the garden with tropical fruits trees such as Sugarcane, mangoes, banana and palm. Unlike other properties every photo that is on our listing is from our property and not around the Island.
This warm Caribbean apartment ideal for the budget conscious and avid scuba diver or windsurfer or for those just wanting to relax and enjoy the year round sunshine of Bonaire.
Air-conditioned bedrooms, Spectacular sea-view Deck and Patio with dining and sitting area along with large swimming pool, sun deck and beach area with barbecue grills. An open plan fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee percolator burner stove with oven. The balcony is partially covered with an eating area and affords a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Across the road from the Villa there have a private pier which is now under construction you can swim, snorkel and dive and 8 mins walking you can snorkel and dive at the Coral beach and Andrea 2 dive site. The Villa has an outdoor shower, rinse tank and a rack to hang your dive gear.
Our amenities on the property are wireless internet, Free Laundry facilities, outdoor shower and dive rinsing tank and drying rack rail for all water sport enthusiasts.
There are exposed areas for sunbathing, and extensive covered sitting areas when you want some shade. We can easily accommodate 1-2 vehicles with additional parking space available. 5 mins to all dive sites on the north of the Island Walking distance to Dive site and Coral beaches Andrea I and II, flamingos, dolphins and pelicans, or snorkel along the incredibly beautiful coast. The villa is located about 4 miles from the main town, Kralendijk;
* 6 miles from the Airport.
* 5 minutes driving to popular gym, dive shops, supermarket and restaurants
NOTE - that the rate is not inclusive of tourist tax - Government fee is $5.50 per night per person. this invoice will must pay cash on arrival or before check-out.  Note the usage included in rate is 10-12 hours of air-condition that means the night use only if you want to use it in the day you must pay an extra charge of $15. Home away from home
This is the third time we have stayed on this property and rented from Jasmine and her family and the second time we have stayed in the apartment called Hibiscus. The apartment is clean, has 2 bedrooms, a full size refrigerator and an oven. After a day of diving, we love to come back and rise our gear at the on-site rinse tank, cook dinner or bbq and enjoy our meal while siting on the patio looking at the ocean, sunsets and sailboats cruising the water. We use the pool and love relaxing with the other tenants. Jasmine’s family is very hospitable and her family has become our new island friends. Can’t wait to return!

We love Bonaire!
This was our second stay at the property- different unit however. We loved the outdoor areas available-pool, deck, dive equipment rinse area. After having the use of the private dock last year, it was disappointing that it was damaged and not available this year. Hopeful it is back in service for next year!

We had a great week in our apartment. Layout was good, kitchen worked well. Grounds were nice and pool was refreshing. Good rinse and dry area for dive gear. Washer and clothes line were appreciated as well. Didn’t get to meet Jasmine but met her son Kevaal and he was very nice and helpful. Close to town, close to north dive sites. Beautiful view. Safe neighborhood.

I have traveled internationally for the past 20 years and have never left a bad review. I felt compelled to leave a review so future potential clients have a better idea of what they are renting. Not as advertised. No dock to snorkel from. This apparently has been "under construction " for quite some time. It is advertised to sleep 4 people. This would be extremely cramped. It is a very small place. I likely missed it when looking at the photos but FYI there is no living room. It has a descent out door seating area, but the bugs are atrocious! Plan on lots of bug dope if you want to sit outside. The inside could use some work. Holes in the wall, tile in bathroom looked water damaged,and had a bad odor. The windows and doors do not seal so bugs get in. No fun swating mosquitoes while trying to sleep. Woke up with many bug bites on my face and neck. Furniture was pretty beat up- old seat cushions with very little actual cushion. The appliances all seemed to work well. The air conditioner leaked- we used a pan to collect water. The pool was wonderful! Good wi-fi.

No welcome or greeting. Pool was never cleaned during the week. Poor hot water supply, 5 minutes maybe, not good for being cold after diving. No information provided for nearby private diving site. Leaking pipes on property. Broken wooden step at entry, had to find bricks and put bricks under it. Pillows were old, yellow and gross. Air conditioner in one bedroom did not work leaving it musty smelling. Could have been much better for the value of the property.

Not fancy but good for the price
Simple accommodations. Nice location and felt safe. Owner/manager lives on site and is accessible. Two bedroom we found to be pretty tight for 2 couples. Pool is nice and well kept, and BBQ works well but is shared with 4 apartments. Pier is privately accessed with one shared key. It is a couple minutes walk away.

Home away from home!
This is the second time that we have booked at this location and it will not be our last! The property is private, in the Crowns neighborhood north of the Andrea 2 dive sight. The property manager, Jasmine, is responsive; if you need something, she will get it for you. We dive, so the dive rinse tank on the property was helpful. There is even an area to hang your dive gear to let it drip dry. The condos are clean and the beds are firm.

Underwhelming
We had high hopes for this property, but ended up being very underwhelmed by it. Even the other guests we spoke to there were all equally underwhelmed by their rooms. First off, the photos are outdated and do not show how it currently is. As an example, there is no longer a breakfast bar in the kitchen like shown but instead a giant table that takes up most of the space. Our check-in was bad since we were told we would be met at the property and had let them know when we would get there and everything. When we arrived, there was no one there to greet us. After wandering around for awhile trying to find someone, we called Jasmine to find out she was at the airport to get someone else who was delayed and would be there in an hour. Two hours later she arrived. Oh, and the other couple later told us they had only been delayed about 30 minutes. The furniture is rather uncomfortable, including the bed and the chairs. The room was very hot (only allowed to run air conditioning at night), and opening the windows did not help since the room is located on a corner of the building that doesn't get a breeze. The screens in the windows have holes in them (some covered with tape, others not) so if you open the windows you can expect bugs to get in. And since there was recent rain and lots of vegetation around the unit, there were lots of bugs (thus had to keep windows closed). The door wouldn't seal all the way either, so again a source of bugs getting in. When we arrived the bathroom window wouldn't close at all, but they did get that fixed for us the next morning. I will say the scuba equipment washing area is very nice to have. And just like anywhere on any Caribbean island, always check your gear before putting it on since I counted 2 scorpions at night near the gear (this is after being told they were extremely rare there). It is nice to have laundry available on property. When my wife went to use it though, there were clothes still sitting in it. She waited around an hour and when no one showed up to get them she tried to track down whose clothes they were. Turned out they were the caretaker's who wasn't even there at the time and she told my wife to just move them to the basket herself (yes had to move the caretaker's clothes). She didn't even show up to get the basket of clothes for several more hours. So in summary, while the room is a good price, honestly there are other places similar cost or slightly more that are far better.

Perfect for the Two Old Guys Dive Trip 2020
The 2-bedroom apartment and its location and surroundings were perfect for my dive buddy and I, who are both in our 60s and were looking for something away from a resort experience, away from town, with an ocean view, but still convenient to the dive shop, grocery store, and dive sites that we prefer. Just right for two adults who don't need a big fancy kitchen or much else. Rinse tank, drying rack, and everything else fit our laid-back dive trip plans perfectly. Oh, and the price was *outstanding*!

We had an amazing time at Jasmine’s beautiful property. The apartment is sparkling clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Incredible bargain for the price
Our first trip to Bonaire. The house is located in a great location, out of town, but not too far. The neighborhood is up-scale and quiet. You have to have a car to get around for diving anyway. Parking was ample and only minutes from excellent diving and dining. The pool was fabulous!! There's a space for SCUBA gear rinsing and drying. Our unit was on the downstairs at the north end, called Hibiscus. Two bedrooms, both air conditioned. The king sized bed was a necessity and much appreciated. The spacious deck was where we spent most of our non sleeping time while at the house. We had everything we needed after Jasmine supplied a missing coffee maker and rebooted the wifi. Jasmine and her husband were very easy to reach for questions or requests. We'll be back!
