Sind schon bei der abreise enttäuscht wurden ,da niemand wusste das wir kommen das zimmer hatte weder Flachbildschirm tv und Kühlschrank noch eine Klimaanlage und wlan,der Kühlschrank und Flachbildschirm tv wurde uns erst nach abfrage ins Zimmer gebracht ,aber bei der frage nach Klimaanlage und wlan kam nur ein breites grinsen und bei der Klimaanlage zeigte man uns mit dem finger zu den Ventilator an der Decke, ok dachte ich mir ,das nennen die hier Klimaanlage,von WLAN war dann überhaupt keine rede mehr .ok bin ja keine zimperliese und meine Frau als kamerunaise auch nicht, also haben wir u s es soweit wie möglich gemütlich gemacht, aber als nach 2 Tagen noch keiner das zimmer gereinigt hat, ist meine Frau zu diesen Ansprechpartner gegangen und hat gefragt ,wann die zimmer und das Bad mal gereinigt werden und was folgte als nächstes, der Mann holte eimer mit etwas wasser drinn und einen lappen und wischbesen und gab das meiner Frau ,sie kam damit ins Zimmer und ich fragte was sie damit wollte, sie sagte das der Mann ihr das gegeben hat ,ich dachte ich fall aus allen Himmeln ,da habe ich der Besitzerin eine Whatsapp Nachricht geschickt, sie meinte das wäre ein irrtum ,der eimer mir wasser wäre für die Erfrischung, darauf sagte ich den haben wie seit dem ersten abend schon und zur Erfrischung brauchen wir bestimmr nicht wischlappen und besen ,sie sagte nur wir sollten mit dem Mann reden .ich weiss nicht was da schiff laufen tut mir kommt es vor ,das der Mann das sagen hat.

Nous sommes allés pour un week-end et arrivé sur place la gérante nous annonce ne pas connaître Hotels.com (on est surpris puisqu’on a réservé et payé). Elle nous informe n’avoir rien perçu de Hotels.com et nous avons été obligé de payer à nouveau. Soit Hotels.com est très mal accordé avec les hôtels à l’étranger, soit alors ces hôtels à l’étranger ne savent pas où ils mettent les pieds quand ils s’engagent avec Hotels.com. Dans les 2 cas ce n’est pas la première fois qu’un hôtel me fait payer en espèces une fois arrivé sur place alors que j’a déjà payé sur internet.
