Amazing vacation in Zillertal arena
The chalet is well equipped and has a great location, with very nice views from terrace and balcony. From the chalet we could start several hikes with amazing views. We also drove to other attractions not far away, like the Kaprun dams and the Hintertux glacier. We enjoyed a lovely stay in the area and can highly recommend!

Clean, spacious and modern property
Lovely clean house, well maintained and warm. The location worked very well, it is walking to lift from which we could find our way to all sorts of really good intermediate skiing. We travelled to the linked resorts as well as driving to Zell. Friendliest Intersport ever for ski hire. Single bar/restaurant in town - didnt eat there, did have a drink - characterful. Bedrooms all good sizes for two, beds good. (Bunk beds were double - so a really good size if used by an adult.) Kitchen corner small but well enough equiped to cook what we needed. Ski storage and drying worked exceptionally well - heated floors in the porch were very useful! Check with the owner about towels and linens PRIOR to arrival/last instructions - we got caught out in that they werent included and had to adapt once in resort.

neu renoviertes Chalet :) !
tolles und gut ausgestattetes Chalet - uns hat es im Prinzip an nichts gefehlt ... hätten wir 3 Wünsche frei, wären das: 1) VERSPERRBARER Skistall (wäre sehr im Sinne des Mieters weil im Falle von Diebstahl für die Versicherung relevant!!), 2) kleine Heizkörper in den Bädern (für Handtücher trocknen) 3) Plattentoaster ... ansonsten nicht vergessen ein paar Dinge für die Küche mitzunehmen (Geschirrtücher, Küchenrolle, Spültaps, ...)

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt
Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Kamin hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und flexibel und hat uns mit allen unseren Sorgen (z. B. Laden des E-Autos) geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage
Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus in perfekter Lage. Das Foto im Inserat zeigt das Haus „Meike“- unser Haus hieß allerdings „Königsblick“ und war deutlich schöner! Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr gemütlicher Ess- und Wohnbereich. Einzig das Schloss an der Haustür hat geklemmt, aber das ist sicher leicht zu beheben. Jederzeit wieder:)

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht
Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie zwei super Wochen in diesem gut ausgestatteten Haus in spitzen Lage verbracht. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass das Haus ganz außen vom Feriendorf ruhig gelegen ist.

An sich nettes Chalet - leider nicht sauber!
Ein schönes Häuschen, besser ausgestattet als in der Anzeige. Gute Lage. Netter Erstkontakt. Bei abendlicher Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Schlafzimmer und Bäder alles andere als sauber waren. Schwarze Hundehaare überall, bis in die Betten, die Duschen nicht gereinigt, die Böden schmutzig. Die Hauseingangstür war leider nicht abschließbar - und der Vermieter für uns nicht mehr zu erreichen! Auch anschließende Reklamation, bei einem Endreinigungspreis von 180€ blieben unbeantwortet. Keine Reaktion. Sehr sehr schade!

Schönes Haus mit einer schönen Lage
Das Haus war sauber Ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein paar wichtige Dinge wie Klopapier und Müllsäcke waren nicht da, oder wir haben sie nicht gefunden. Aber ansonsten gut ausgestattet und echt schön.

schönes gut ausgestattetes Haus, mit allerdings sehr kleinen Doppelzimmern. In einem Zimmer lag auch noch eine alte Socke als wir ankamen, mit der Reinigung hat es da wohl jemand nicht so genau genommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung
Wir waren mit insgesamt 10 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in diesem schönen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen mit direktem Blick auf das gegenüber im Hang gelegene Königsleiten. Die Anbindung ins Skigebiet ist gut. Man benötigt etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächst gelegenen Lift. Vor Ort gibt es allerdings keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, bis auf ein Sportgeschäft und die nahe gelegene Plattenalm. In der Wohnung gibt es Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und Kochgeschirr/-Utensilien in ausreichender Menge und Größe. Insgesamt war das Haus gemütlich und sauber.

Alles super!
Wir sind mit 8 Personen und einem Hund angereist. Für uns war die Unterkunft vollkommen ausreichend. Vier von uns haben in einem Zimmer mit Doppelstockbett geschlafen, mit Gepäck ein bisschen eng, aber man kommt aus. Bei schlechtem Wetter stelle ich es mir schwierig vor, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, aber absolut kein Problem. Die Unterkunft sah viel schöner aus als auf den Fotos und war auch sehr sauber. Allerdings stand in der Beschreibung, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden sei, diese gab es leider nicht. War für uns aber auch nicht relevant. Sonst hat die Unterkunft alles zu bieten, was man benötigt, genug Platz am Esstisch und auch die beiden Bäder waren ausreichend groß und sauber. Check-In und Check-Out war total unproblematisch. Der Ausblick und die Umgebung sind wunderschön, auch draußen kann man toll sitzen und auch grillen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Chalet lieblos und beengt
Das Chalets war mit 8-10 Personen angegeben. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 1 Teenager und damit waren wir schon sehr beengt. Die Küchenzeile war zwar funktional aber zu klein und so kam man sich ständig in die Quere. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Esszimmer/Küche bestanden aus einfachen Holzbänken ohne Rückenlehne. Die Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls sehr beengt mit wenig Stauraum. In einem Schlafzimmer gab es z.B. statt einem Schrank nur Regale in Billigausführung. In dem Raum mit dem Doppelstockbett gab es kein Licht. Wir haben dies am 1.Tag gemeldet. Behoben wurde das Problem am 6.Tag. Dies trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation. Den Skikeller mussten wir uns mit einem Nachbarchalet teilen. Es gab Platz für insgesamt 10 paar Schuhe, was ja logischerweise nicht ausreichend sein kann, wenn wir schon zu siebt sind. Ich denke dass das Chalet maximal für 6 Erwachsene oder alternativ 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kindern belegt werden sollte. Positiv war der tolle Blick auf Königsleiten und die Berge. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, weil das Skigebiet super ist und das Wetter mitgespielt hat. Gemessen an dem Preis für die 8 Tage waren wir von der Unterkunft recht enttäuscht und würden diese nicht nocheinmal buchen.

Top Hütte in traumhafter Lage
Wie waren als kleine Gruppe eine Nacht in der Hütte, wobei " Hütte" untertrieben ist. Es ist ein schönes, modernes kleines Hausit allem, was man braucht - Kamin, Fußbodenheizung, Grill und und und. Der CheckIn/Out war super unkompliziert, obwohl wir viel später angekommen sind als geplant. Danke nochmal für Alles ...!

Tolles Haus, Achtung bei Kosten für Bettwäsche
Insgesamt tolles Haus. Sauber, gute Ausstattung, ideal für 6-8 Personen, auch außerhalb der Skisaison zum Wandern. Bettwäsche ist nicht inklusive, bei kurzen Aufenthalten treibt das die Kosten (20,- p.P.) in die Höhe.
