Location was excellent. Walking distance to the Petrona Towers and many restaurants. The room was big and quiet. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was awful though.

Rooms need an upgrade

Checking in was okay friendly staff. Did not know about Tax on top of having to pay the room. I was there in 2004 and nothing has changed my room could do with a massive overhaul bed was comfortable. my charges did work in the wall. Australian. Lots of food places around including a food market next door 10 minute walk from petronas Towers. Breakfast did not have a lot of selections but food was nice.

Inside the room got smell, the bathtub not clear plus got paint leak. My room 212 but can’t see the signboard from the lift floor, some more ask the massage centre they said don’t know but just next to corner from their shop entrance. The hotel staff not really helpful as well, verbal said allow me check out 2pm after I checked out at the counter since o checked in 5-6pm.

Old hotel but decently kept. Very focussed on Chinese customers re breakfast. Very thin walls, between rooms, no noise limiting glazing, traffic noise day and night. Building activities close to hotel with noises and vibrations starting 7 AM and continuing until late evening. A small note in room apologizes for the constructions going on but during booking and check-in no warning Never again.
