Receptionist on duty: Tira
It was a very unpleasant experience with my recent stay at Euro Life Hotel KL Central on 7th-Nov-2018.
I went to the hotel early before check in time to drop in my luggage bag first before my meeting in the afternoon. Upon my arrival, I checked with the front desk, where could I place my luggage, the receptionist simply pointed at somewhere beside the stair where everyone could easily pass by and walk through. I double confirmed with her whether this is safe to place it there, she said: “Everyone does the same. It’s safe.” I then placed my luggage bag as where she pointed.
When I returned to the hotel in the evening, while doing my check in, I checked with the same receptionist about my luggage bag. They then find out my luggage bag was missing!
To make the story short, the luggage bag was missing for a night, the terrible part was the hotel & receptionist was trying to ignore and push away the responsibility by asking me to make a police report instead. I was also being blamed by the receptionist to place my luggage bag in the hotel, to make a lot of trouble for them… After going through many hassling processes, the hotel owner then tried to give away RM 200 to settle with this case! Not to mention it’s not even enough for the luggage bag itself, but the important stuffs in the bag cannot be settled by this only…
