The Family Room has nice windows for walls on two sides and was larger than the advertised 22 m2. It was actually 25 m2. However, it does NOT have 1 queen and 1 single bed because it can only sleep 2 people, not 3. It has 2 super single beds.
The room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea as advertised.
This is the first hotel that I have seen that does not provide standard toilet paper. Instead, they give you a box of facial tissue. Kind of odd, but it did the job.
This place is not easy to find. It's across the street from the front entrance of the Setapak Mall. Downstairs is a 24 hour Indian restaurant. During the day, there's plenty to do at the mall, but the mall closes at 10pm. There's a movie theater inside the mall where the last show is 12:30am. If you walk around the block, there are some late night eats, and "massage" places on the second floor, but no real nightlife, like bars or clubs. The ATMs in the mall shut off at midnight. So if you need cash after midnight, find the 7-eleven. I walked around for 30 minutes trying to find an ATM.
